Baskin-Robbins Baldivis — Restaurant in Baldivis

My co-worker and I had a long day together of working and after finishing our 3 hour shift we decided to reward ourselves with a vertical sundae from our local ice-cream store. Upon arrival staff was lovely and seemed happy to be there however we left not being happy to be there. Let’s just say our vertical sundaes had become horizontal sundaes. Sundae was completely completely out of proportion. I ordered a brownie sundae and my co-worker a waffle sundae. Both deserts were too sweet and were drenched in sauces causing my diabetes levels to rise drastically. Upon arriving home I had no ice-cream left in my cup instead a warm thick shake consistency. I visited the store for the first time in Australia. I am on holiday. I wanted to taste the ice cream. The shop is well placed with easy access and parking. There is a good variety of ice creams but not all flavours are available.

The service is excellent. The person was very helpful and served me well. The product is value for money.

I was not asked if I wanted to taste another flavour which if asked j May have bought an additional box. Loss of business for the shop.

I asked if the products contained gelatine and if it was beef or pork gelatine but the attendant was unable to answer my questions. It is important to train the staff to be able to answer these types...

We've been coming to this Baskin Robbins for many months now regularly. Everytime we've come to this glorious establishment the staff have gone above and beyond especially Joe our favourite ice cream artisan. Joe always made our ice cream to perfection and we left everytime feeling happy and delighted by our experience. He is an invaluable member of the Baskin Robbins team.
