Hanna who served me just now, is a little rude entitled brat. The way she snarked, gave filthy looks at her colleges and snapped at them in the short few mins I was there made my blood boil! In shop full of customers! All the while yelling out over the counter to customers/friends of her was embarrassing. Even her colleagues asked her not too. I couldn’t image what a whole shift with this girl would be like. Don’t know how the other two ladies are doing it! My own daughter who’s 17 asked and suggested she may apply to work at this store. I think not! Couldn’t put my daughter in a hostile workplace like that. Do better Hanna, you’re young enough and it’s not too late to change your attitude at work and towards the people you work with. If you can’t handle customer service or working close to colleagues get a different job?! Tf. I just wanted some nachos and now I’m sitting here all annoyed. I was a customer at Zambrero’s in Bathurst at lunch time today. When I arrived, the store was quite busy. I decided to dine in after I ordered. Whilst sitting in the store, I overheard an extremely rude and abrupt woman, who was evidently a ‘Karen’, placing her order. Throughout the entire process, she belittled the young lady that was serving her. It was evident that this young worker was somewhat new at the job, however, she had also served me prior and I had absolutely no issues with the service that she provided. I was sitting quietly eating my meal and shaking my head at the behaviour and demeanour of this rude customer, who then proceeded to accost me on her way out of the store for implying that her comments and attitude were completely inappropriate. Premises was sparse and uninviting as expected. You order, you pay, you vamoose. Young man who served me was unenthusiastic; but, he listened and assembled the meal order without issue. Menu screen is an abysmally small size with a flurry of information squeezed into its modest borders. So, if your sight isn't what it used to be, bring glasses! Unsurprisingly, the reason for the two star review is the food itself. Pre-pandemic Zambrero in Orange was outstanding; tasty, fresh, satisfying, and left you genuinely looking forward to your next visit.
