We just had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived at 2:15 pm for a quick lunch before getting back on the road. The staff mentioned they close at 3 pm, so we ordered quickly — two Pad Thais, one fried rice, and a chicken chilli jam — to make things easy for the kitchen.

The food came out around 2:30 pm, and that’s when the unpleasant part began. The lady from the counter came to our table four separate times to rush us to finish, even though we still had plenty of time before closing. At 2:35 pm she started collecting plates, taking my wife’s away before she had even finished eating. Five minutes later, she returned with takeaway containers and asked us to pack up so she could wipe the table.

By the fourth time she interrupted, at 2:43 pm, I had to ask her to please stop being rude and let us finish our meal — we still had over 15 minutes before closing. Faced with that kind of attitude, we just decided to pay the bill and leave.

The food itself was average, but the customer service was truly disappointing. It completely ruined what should’ve been a simple, pleasant lunch. Sadly, this is not a place I’d recommend...

What a great addition to the Berry food scene. This little gem has only been open for a short time but that are already making a huge impact.

Lots of locals are already calling this place their go to Thai restaurant.

Dining options include a small intimate indoor area and a very welcoming outdoor covered area. The outdoor area is well sheltered and not facing the main road makes it quite tranquil.

The food is outstanding. Every dish has its own distinct flavour profile and you can tell there is a skilled home style cook behind the scenes making the magic happen. The use of fresh and seasonal dishes is very evident.

The yard stick by which all Thai restaurants are measured is the Stay Chicken Skewer; I can guarantee you will love the ones from Berry Thai. Succulent, juicy chicken with authentic tasty satay peanut sauce.

The other stand out is the coconut rice… yummy yummy!! Can’t get enough of this!!

The curries we have tried are so creamy and delicious you will want to lick your plate clean!

The service is also very friendly and accomodating.

Adding this place to my list of...

Yesterday Saturday, 26 April was our fourth attendance at Berry Thai. We drive up from Nowra where we live to have Thai food The food tastes fantastic. But wait, However the portion sizes, get smaller and smaller and smaller. We ordered Penang curry with vegetables We had to purchase a separate bowl of rice for $4 which was so small, barely 2 tablespoons of rice each The bowl of rice was so small They must’ve searched Berry to put only 4 tablespoons of rice in it. The other down Was that there were mosyly carrots and green beans 3 pieces of capsicum and three baby corn in the bowl. And instead of a nice creamy Penang it was so watery virtually a soup not a curry. We also ordered a satay noodle chicken. Which had barely five paperthin pieces of chicken in it. We are extremely disappointed We will not be returning. We will find another place Berry...

Definitely nowhere a 4.8 if in Sydney. It's pretty hard to go wrong with Thai, but the biggest plus about this place is that the serves appear quite large. So if Ur going quantity over quality it would seem ok. On taste, its not authentic, it's very salty, and it's mostly carrots. The added duck to the pad see ew was dry, as was the grilled pork. The noodle componenet itself was ok albiet being salty. We really struggled to even eat half the food. The service altho friendly enough seemed like they didn't know much about the food. When asked about the sizes of the dishes etc, was told they r tiny entrees when they are massive feed a couple people type mains. In effect felt ripped off for over ordering not very nice food. The atmosphere was pleasant. Has an outdoor area, which we were glad we waited for as inside was getting really smokey with the hotplates.

We stopped in to Berry Thai to avail of their lunch time menu offer. The lunch menu is extensive, the food is tasty, and the meal is great value overall. Between us we ordered the curry puffs, prawn and crab spring rolls, Chicken Satay and Chicken Pad Thai. They were all satisfying dishes. The only downside of our visit was that the team seemed to be struggling with how busy it was. Our dishes came at different times and were brought to various tables before they got to us. Regardless, Berry Thai is well worth a visit.
