I never leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had I ordered a mushroom pizza that wasn’t cooked at all, all of the mushrooms were completely raw and I couldn’t even pick them off because there was about 8000 mushrooms on top (no wonder is wasn’t cooked) I called them to let them know the whole pizza was inedible, and they responded with that’s a shame I live 200m away they could have offered to drop off a pizza or offer for me to come and collect one but they didn’t and I had just paid $70 for two pizzas and one was inedible

If I microwaved a frozen pizza from Woolworths it would have been cooked better than this

I hope you learn some better customer service and learn how to cook mushrooms

Ordered takeout pizza and pasta. Older lady not at all welcoming to me. Gave my order and she took my mobile phone number. Said 15 minutes, would ring when order ready. I didn’t receive a phone call, so rang them and apparently they got my number wrong. So picked up a meal that wasn’t hot with no means of heating it up. These people have very good reviews, that’s why I ordered from them. The food I picked up wasn’t as good as I thought it would have been, pretty basic without a lot of flavour. Very disappointed. Beware of reviews !!! I managed a restaurant years ago and believe me, this place is slack.

10/10!! We stopped at Quattro for a quick meal on our way through to the Sth Coast. The place was heaving, crazy busy with dine in and takeaway orders so you always think that means ‘long delay’…however, that couldn’t be further from what happened.

Kyra had everything under control, from clearing tables, to taking orders, to offering 5 star customer service. We were made to feel 100% welcome from the minute we walked in the door.

The pizzas were sent out piping hot in less than 10 minutes, with a big smile, and a positive interaction from the chef.
