Rude customer service! Paid almost $20 for a large self-serve buffet container. While I was filling it, a staff member came out from the kitchen to refill some items. She looked at my box and snapped, “Don’t overfill your food!” I was stunned. I immediately closed the lid to show her it shut perfectly—clearly, it wasn’t overfilled. She just walked away without offering any apology for embarrassing me in front of other customers. The food was very average and their menu never change. The beef was full of tendons—I ended up spitting it all out. Prices have been going up a lot and pretty often too. I’ve been a regular here for years, but this will be my last visit! There are many other better food options and friendlier customer services in the Garden City...

Absolutely not worth the $20 I paid. The food was mediocre at best — lukewarm, bland, and with very limited options. What really ruined the experience was the owner’s attitude. If you try to fill your plate, they’ll literally tell you off in front of everyone. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, like you were being watched every time you went near the buffet. For the price, you’d expect at least decent service and a relaxed atmosphere, but instead you get scolded for eating what you paid for. I left feeling frustrated and definitely won’t be...

They have good variety of food to choose from and quite very tasty too.

My only negative comments - hence I've given it one star are the following:

The over pricing. It is ridiculously expensive. There are so many other competitive nearby with same or even more quality.

The staff are a bit rude. Watching you like a hawk and not even smiling. Maybe they had a bad experience in the past however, doesn't give them rights to treat all...
