Do not waste your time here. We did not have a good experience and wouldn't come back.
We came in a group and made 3 separate orders at the counter.
they got the drink order wrong - I don't know how they got it wrong when I repeated the order twice, and the staff also repeated it back to me. Also, the coffee didn't taste good. I've had drinks at other Coffee Club's and never had a problem with them.
we were missing food orders - the 1st food order came within 10 minutes, and we were waiting for 2 more food orders. We noticed other tables getting their orders and continued to wait. We continually made eye contact with the staff to let them know that something was wrong, but none of them approached us. After 30 minutes, we went to the counter to let a staff know that we were still waiting for our orders. The staff checked with the kitchen and told us that their printing machine didn't work and that it missed our orders.
customer service was bad - they did not handle the matter with any care. The staff said the manager would process the refund, but the same guy that took our order came out. He apologised in the most monotone voice, and it seemed very insincere. After processing my refund, I told him that another order was also missing. He did not believe me at first and claimed that we had received the food. I told him we did not. After checking with other staff, he proceeded to refund...
Read moreWe were there around lunchtime on a Friday and the place was buzzing! There was barely an empty table. But when there was an empty table it was immediately attended to by staff, cleared, wiped down perfectly and ready for the next occupant. I think they’re a little understaffed, but the staff that were on worked their butts off and paid extra special attention, making sure all their customers needs were met. Food was very good, Coffee excellent, and the service outstanding! I want to give a special shout out to Ashley! As a friend and I sat chatting I couldn’t help but notice her. She never stopped. Ashley is very capable & dedicated. She was serving customers, wrapping spoons and forks in napkins while she did that, and in between she got out on the floor, cleaning tables, wiping down– & never at a slow pace. Ashley has a wonderful career in front of her, doing whatever she chooses to do. Any employer would be fortunate indeed for Ashley to join them and I hope the manager/owner of this store pays her the attention she deserves. I can promise you that she’s the key person in this establishment and she keeps things ticking along because she is such a hard worker! Thank you, Ashley for looking after us, for keeping the place ticking, for keeping those tables turning over and for making our visit a very enjoyable...
Read moreThis place didnt even deserve a one star. Was there Wednesday 1st May 2024 around 4pm and ordered a coffee. There were 3 people before me so when I asked the girl taking orders were they busy, as I had to be somewhere, she just asked for my order. I presumed then they were not as she didn't even acknowledge what I asked. I also queried as the girl who was supposed to be making the coffees was texting on her phone. I ordered then went to the side where I watched in amazement that this staff member (Young asian girl) was still going at it with her phone. In the end I had to ask another girl who was bringing out some orders is the girl with the phone going to start making the coffees. She went and had a word with her and the girl with phone wasn't impressed or worried about being pulled up on her phone. Instead she asked the other aussie girl who was taking orders to make the coffees and she continued on with her texting. I am so disgusted with the standard of customer service and that they can do that, plus its also not hygienic to be using your mobile phone while serving food/beverages. Think management need to give these girls a blast or the sack. Also no smiles when ordering or passing the coffees over just sour faces so they really need to think about where they are working and if they are not happy...
