KFC Garden City Food Court WA — Restaurant in Western Australia

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I was literally just there to order a regular popcorn chicken to eat on my break. I ask for our staff discount as they are SUPPOSED to give them out to employees working in the centre. The girl on the register goes to her manager from the back for him to tell me I’m not allowed a discount even tho everyone at my workplace says they normally do. I say that’s fine, he said he would give it to me anyway even tho I knew he lied. They process my order, I waited for a whole 5 minutes for my food… for the girl who just finished ordering her food (which were 4 large popcorn chickens and a meal box) to get hers first. And not only that they DELIBERATELY ignored my order. I then stare at the girl on registers cos she realised mine wasn’t there. She then gave me popcorn chicken that was left over on the tray. disgusting behaviour, first time I ever went there, NEVER going back. - 17/12/23 at 11:35 this occurred… for who needs to know what rude...

Compared to other KFC stores, this one is average. As it is located in a food court, there is no drive thru and opening hours are limited to the hours of the centre. Before Macca's closed this place had great service, but due to the closer service is slow and rushed. There is less care for the individual customer. My experience with their customer service has been a little lackluster. There was a lady working on front counter who was rude and condescending when I asked about the menu selection. The food is nothing to get excited about. It's alongside the quality of other KFCs. The prices seem to be average too. The convenient location is what makes this store so great. I think that KFC in WA has to challenge for the worst KFC, at least in Australia. I can't hink of none worse. This outlet was busy, so we expected the chicken to be fresh, crispy, flavoursome. The chicken was greasy, some was brown some was almost grey. We ordered the special bucket via the app and literally threw most of it out. Even the nuggets were soggy. KFC in Indonesia and in China are so much better that it is hard to imagine that they are the same company. Really really bad. Chicken is your thing KFC, you should be the leaders...
