Rude staff seems to be a ongoing at this place even when you try hard to request politely to please heat the chicken toasties we eat here regularly and am not doing it anymore as the standard has dropped , we have had to return our food over and over due to not wanting to eat 1/2 cold 1/2 warm chicken we all know this is a health standard that all food shops should know the basics .
When you nicely ask to heat it a bit more on ordering they all start smirking and laughing with each other once customer leaves and it is very obvious. It’s a shame that it looks like he management are the main instigators of the bad training and example to their younger staff who obviously think this is ok to treat people like this . While waiting for my banana bread, the supervisor began yelling at me to move to a specific spot. When I didn't immediately comply, he started verbally abused me and then refused to give me my order.
To make matters worse, he said that a refund would take up to a week. When I tried to address the issue, he threatened to call security if I didn't leave. Read moreThey make the best coffee in the area and it's a great place to take my clients to discuss business over awesome coffee. The staff that work here are absolute stars. I regularly go here and they are so warm and welcoming( a little cheeky too which I love!) I work close by & have hundreds of people I deal with who ask me where to go for coffee. The staff don't know this, (but will if they see my review) that I tell hundreds of people to go there over the other coffee shops.
