Sushi Hub Booragoon — Restaurant in Western Australia

I've been a regular at Sushi Hub for the past two years, and it’s been my go-to for lunch almost every day. Most of the staff have always been really friendly, especially the previous manager (I’m not sure if she’s still there), who was always so welcoming and warm, which kept me coming back.

However, my recent visit left me feeling quite upset. I had an unpleasant experience with a new staff member whose service was far from friendly or professional. When I asked for green tea (which they’ve always offered alongside miso soup), she gave me a confused and unfriendly look. After I explained I wanted green tea, she bluntly told me they don’t sell it, only miso, and that they don’t provide lids, making it seem like I was in the wrong.

Then, when I mentioned I’m eligible for the centre discount (I’ve worked at the shopping centre for two years, and most of the staff know me), she questioned me with a sceptical tone, asking where I work. Even after I explained, she said I’d need to wear my uniform or have my work ID in the future, or she wouldn’t honour the discount. I explained we’re a small business and don’t have uniforms, but she didn’t care and said it’s just the policy.

I’ve been shocked by this unpleasant experience, as it’s the first time in two years...

Great taste! I was at the mall for a quick errand and got hungry when I got in the building. Found out that there are a lot of different Sushi Stores inside Garden City and got confused on what to choose at first.

But Sushi Hub was the one that had the most selections and quantities, and lots of employees meaning it might be a bigger joint compared to others.

Purchase just a bit but handled with care and patience by staffs. Excellent speed on transaction too!

Taste wise its OK and fresh, I’d recommend to visit if you’re looking for a quick japanese sushi lunch with...

I'm curious Sushi Hub!🤔🤔🤔 I come in & buy a hand roll... you give me a complimentry ginger... I come in & buy 10 hand rolls... & ask you for 1 ginger per roll... you charge me!!! You have a great display & choice... great sushi... l don't like soy or wasabi... but even so... l grab a handful of both & you don't say anything I cannot believe ginger is sooooo expensive when in my local Asian shop l can buy a 500grm jar for $7.50 Please...
