Our favorite Thai restaurant in Bowral, conveniently located near Coles, is a gem we stumbled upon during our last trip to the Highlands. We were impressed by the bold flavors and great value. The restaurant is quite popular, and seating can be tight, especially on the left side where tables are packed closely. Fortunately, this time we were seated on the right side, which was much more spacious. The Tom Yum soup left a lasting impression on our previous visit, so we couldn’t resist ordering it again. The incredible combination of flavors and generous seafood portions ensures it remains a favorite. The chicken wings were extra crispy and great value, while the crispy barramundi, though slightly underseasoned, paired beautifully with the fresh and vibrant papaya and apple salad. Overall, it was another enjoyable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back when we return to the Highlands.

Friendly staff , nice vibe , great ambience . I heard staff speaking in Thai and I was expecting authentic Thai flavours however I was a bit disappointed what I had . I was there for lunch ordered the chef signature coconut prawns for entree , a stir fried basil chicken and a chicken pad Thai . I love Thai food , I am not a Thai but I'm an Asian and I go to Thai restaurants once or twice per fortnight . The pad Thai was too sweet I tasted no other flavours other than sugar , the coconut prawns came with great presentation but the batter on the prawns wasn't crispy and shredded coconut was a bit dry didn't have the rich flavour of coconut . IMO, Slightly overpriced .

got there at around 2 PM. There were about 4 or 5 tables of customers. It took quite a while for my food to arrive. The waitstaff who took my order wasn’t Thai. My friend ordered the seafood fried rice, and I had the spicy salmon larb. I asked for it to be extra spicy. The flavour was actually really good and pretty close to what you’d get in Thailand – though they did add tomatoes to the larb, which we don’t usually do back home. When I went to pay, a Thai woman told me that next time I can just tell the person taking the order to make it “Thai-style.”

Service, what service, such a pity as the food is great

Went there on a crowded Sunday night. Taken to our booked table and ordered. Entree's arrived and plates cleared. From then on, any reasonable service ended.

2 of 4 mains arrived, with the waiter delivering our mains also carrying rice which he took to another table - we were not offered any rice on their return. Had to ask for rice after a couple of minutes. Other 2 mains arrived and had to ask for more rice and more tap water.

Ordered deserts, 2 arrived with no cutlery, along with most of the main plates still on the table. We noticed our waiter leave. Thought we would see if the plates would be removed without asking - you guessed it, had to ask for the main plates to be removed after over 5 minutes waiting for spoons to arrive, along with reminding them for some spoons. the new waitress delivered the 3rd desert, along with spoons, but the kitchen forgot to make the 4th desert, which arrived finally after the other 3 deserts were completed. New waitress tried to blame the previous waiter who had gone home, but he read back our desert order (not his fault this time). We were the 2nd last table to leave the restaurant due to all the delays, so they were not overly busy around desert time.

The food is fine, but the service (or total lack of it) would not encourage me to return and would definitely...

Including kids and infants Total 8 person entered - 1st reaction from the Supervisor at 5pm - You are not allowed, please go out since not booked. It's booked from 6pm by other people. So, she let us enter in one condition, need to order immediately and finish eating within 40 minutes. We observed, 50% of the restaurant was Empty till 6pm, what a terrible booking system and customer service. Food started coming in around 5.18pm and finished 15 minutes before 6pm. At the end, Paid in Cash and gone out and check the receipt and found $4 billed extra. I gone back to ask for clarification, same lady supervisor tried to defend, nothing was wrong. When I asked about explanation of $4, she still trying to defend, very poor Quality Customer Service. On the 3rd Instance, paid me $4 back. Food...
