3.7. We had an enjoyable visit here. The museum is quite good. There’s an enjoyable range of exhibits. Lots that celebrates Bradman’s life and career but also lots about cricket generally. It’s quite impressive and could take 1-3 hours easily of your time depending on your level of interest. We thought the entry price of $25 was a little excessive although the complimentary coffee or tea and jam and cream at the Bradman Cafe eased the pain a little. The Bradman cafe attached to the museum is quite good. We thought the gift shop was generally disappointing though with quite a bit of tacky stuff. My real highlight from this visit is an unusual one. It was just walking out on the beautiful Bowral cricket oval itself and reaching the pitch. Standing somewhere near where the Don would have stood to play was quite a humbling experience. Well done to whoever renovated the oval and pavilion and well done whoever maintains it now. It’s in first class condition.

The Bradman Museum name has evolved into the Bradman Museum & International Cricket Hall of Fame. The rich Bradman Museum collection features in the upgraded Bradman Gallery. It was Sir Donald Bradman’s vision that ‘cricket continue to flourish and spread its wings. The world can only be richer for it.’ To honour this vision, the museum has been expanded to not only show the importance of the Don’s contribution to cricket and Australian history, but also cricket’s important role throughout the world. As one of the world’s most popular sports, cricket has the capacity to bring different cultures and nations together. The Musuem recognises this potential. The Bradman Museum & International Cricket Hall of Fame brings cricket to life with interactive touch screens, an expanded range of displays featuring original and match used equipment and five huge video screens which place cricket in the context of world history.

The Bradman Museum in Bowral, also known as the Bradman Museum & International Cricket Hall of Fame, is a must-visit for cricket enthusiasts. Dedicated to the legendary cricketer Sir Donald Bradman, the museum offers an extensive collection of cricket memorabilia, interactive exhibits, and engaging displays that cover the history and evolution of the sport. Visitors will definitely appreciate the well-curated artifacts, insightful multimedia presentations, and the opportunity to learn about Bradman's life and achievements. The museum is set in a picturesque location around the ground where bradman practiced and played cricket in his childhood thus adding to the overall experience. It is highly praised for its educational value and its ability to captivate both cricket fans and those new to the sport.

I'm a cricket fan and love the history of cricket. This museum was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. Next time I will spend 3 hours here and read everything that was accompanying the displays. It was an epic feeling to look at the actual bat Bradman used to make his first century against England. They had a ton of memorabilia from important cricket events. It was just so enjoyable. The staff members were lovely. They are cricket fans as well and you can enjoy a nice chat with them. The location is perfect at Bradman Oval. Wow. I can't believe that's where Bradman started playing. Make sure you visit his childhood home across the Rd when you go there. Looking forward to coming again. Thanks a lot

What a wonderful experience visiting the Bradman Museum. I was reminded of The Don's brilliance, but also learnt so much more about the history of the game. There is a lot of great memorabilia in the Museum, portraits of the players in the International Cricket Hall of Fame, many autographed items, videos, a mock locker room, special items (eg The Don's first cricket bat), and a place for you to try to emulate The Don by bouncing a ping pong ball off a mock water tank and hitting it with a mock stump. Highly recommended for cricket tragics and the rest of the family alike.

Amazing displays - not just a museum, it has an art gallery with original oil paintings of all the greats, a bookshop and gift store, a theatre with great docos, plus loads of museum exhibits that have varied perspectives from groudsmen, jingle singers, entrepreneurs and media moguls - not just the players! The building and grounds (backing onto the cricket oval) were heaps bigger than I expected. The interactive displays have lots of videos from history through to modern day players like Warnie and Tendulkar. Highly recommended for any cricket fan of any age.
