Baskin-Robbins Camp Hill — Restaurant in Brisbane City

EDIT: Thank you to the owner for their awesome response to my review. It only took me 3 months to see it (must've missed the notification). I am adjusting my review to 4 stars, because I'm encouraged by the fact that the staff member talked to you about the situation after it happened. I appreciate my review was taken constructively. It is business owners like you that make all the difference, with leadership such as yours I am sure any staff that train under you will be great. I may have experienced average customer service on this one particular occasion, but overall it's been great customer service. Again - thank you.

So I waited patiently in line for 10 mins while your staff served two other customers who came in after me. Your staff member even made eye contact with me a couple of times and here I was thinking she would serve me next. Nope, wrong - served the guy behind me. Now I understand that sometimes other customers push in front of the line, not caring if someone was waiting in front of them, but staff should really be a little more switched on to notice this. That is what differentiates average customer service from good customer service. Hope your staff service improves and feedback is taken constructively. Came last night and was given the skimpiest 2 scoop for almost $10, the second scoop didn’t even reach the rim of the cup. What the hell??

Not the first time this franchise has served super small scoops, whoever is running this place is instructing their staff to give out super small servings. Last time they weighted the cup, this time didn’t even weigh it.

I used to work for baskin robins and never served such small scoops, price has gone up, serving size...

Always understaffed and not enough seating for the volume of customers after school. No staff available to clean the tables between customers either. Can’t see how it’s a covid safe venue. Baskin and Robins ice-cream seems to have deteriorated in quality over the years. The last few times it has been icy and melting very quickly which seems like they have watered down...
