I had an amazing experience at the Baskin-Robbins Hamilton store! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient while I took my time choosing from their wide variety of delicious flavours. They were not only professional but also very knowledgeable about the products, offering great recommendations and generous samples to help me decide.

The store was clean, well-organized, and had a lovely, cheerful vibe. My ice cream was served perfectly, and every bite tasted fresh and creamy. Whether you’re a classic vanilla lover or someone looking to try something new, this store has something for everyone.

I would highly recommend revising your staffing for your store. Special lady working in evening shift on Friday night 23 Feb 2024 They were unwelcoming, disengaged and distasteful. The uniform was worn distastefully, exposing their stomachs, not to mention the leggings that are deemed 'approriate' to be worn by your staff. Chewing gum whilst working - I don't want to see you chewing over my food. Final consensus: I don't want to be the topic of conversation when I leave the store. She behave like that.

If you get the guy who works here, he's such a champ. Asks every question. A real hero, never had a mistake, he confirms everything and is lovely. Today had a lady whose on a phone call the whole time, didn't ask anything about the order, and half assed it something fierce. As with a fair few other times. It's gotten to the point that when I wanna get anything I've gotta peek in and see who is at the counter.

Might sound nitpicky but for allergies, it's important. Once you've had the sheer passion that guy brings to work, the other people just bring the whole service down. But it would be insane to ask one man to work all the hours just because he's god tier. If you did, he'd burn out so hard.
