Portside Wharf is located at 39 Hercules St,Hamilton QLD 4007.

This fantastic commercial & residential location is perfectly positioned in the heart of an ever popular area of Hamilton.

There are a number of quality restaurants within the Portside precinct a couple worth mentioning are Sono Japanese restaurant which serves authentic Japanese dishes.

The other place that has been a long-term business is Byblos, which is renowned for its cocktails & Mediterranean type food. Both places mentioned are worth visiting.

Portside Wharf was the original port of call for all passenger cruise ships 🚢 that used this area from its early inception until the new Brisbane International Cruise Terminal was completed about 18 months ago.

Portside Wharf has the Dendy theatre, which is located on Level One.

It's a great place to enjoy a movie, but rug up as the air-conditioning is rather chilly.

There are other types of restaurants in & around Portside Wharf, one being an Indian restaurant, Subways is another great addition 👌.

There is a large IGA store located as you enter the Portside precinct. This caters to everyone's needs who live in the residential areas around this popular part.

Paid undercover parking is available at Portside Wharf. If you are going to the movies 🎬 or using one of the major restaurants, the first 2 hours are covered, but ensure you get your parking ticket stamped.

For people with disabilities there is user-friendly parking available. Wheelchair & Mobility scooter access is available in the ramped area from the undercover carpark & lifts are available on all levels of the Portside Wharf precinct.

So if you are looking for something different to do in Brisbane, why not try one of the restaurants or take...

New era Millennials would think the s a cool place to live. I first visited the neighbourhood only for the Dendy Cinema which has foreign subtitles ( close caption ) films not otherwise shown in bigger mainstream cinemas. Empty nest retirees should be on the err side of caution before selling their home in Olde Worlde suburbs and moving into an upper middle class sometimes called apartment complex. You will notice that real estate agents mention nothing about the inconvenience of shared recreational and elevator entrance areas. If your neighbour decides they want to dominate this area they will just behave really badly to make you feel uncomfortable then return to being nice and normal when you disappear.

Real Estate artists impressions photos show the world they would like to have; luxury boats on the river. But Brisbane's average income per capita probably can't support these kind of leisure activities.

An exciting place to live for those borne in the 1990's or later, if you want to buy your son or daughter a place to live. But it lacks a little Olde Worlde heritage charm.

I ate and drank at the Mexican restaurant here many months ago while waiting for my film to begin. But the cinema is the only reason I would live here. The lady sales assistant in the boutique women's designer label store is a...

[ MUST VISIT ] This Brisbane Italian Spot is Serving Black & Gold Ravioli Worth Travelling For 🍝 We finally made it to this insanely good neighbourhood Italian restaurant in Hamilton, and honestly, we can’t believe it took us this long. From the moment you walk into Gusto Da Gianni at Portside, you’re hit with the smell of butter, sage, and woodfired pizza crust. But the real showstopper? Their luxurious black and gold striped ravioli, swimming in a rich cacio e pepe, butter sage, and saffron sauce, pure heaven on a plate. The menu reads like a love letter to Italian coastal dining. Think Moreton Bay Bug Risotto infused with lobster bisque, the kind of dish you close your eyes for after every bite. Then there’s the Diavola Pizza, perfectly blistered and spicy, and the Fig and Blue Cheese Pizza that somehow manages to be both sweet and savoury perfection. If you’re feeling fancy, start with Zucchini Flowers, Grilled WA Octopus, or Tiger Prawns, and definitely don’t skip the Lamb Cutlets because they melt in your mouth. They’re open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, but trust us, sunset is where the magic happens. Grab a seat on the waterfront, order a glass of wine, and watch the sky turn pink over the river. This is Gusto Da Gianni in Hamilton’s Portside a hidden Italian escape that feels straight out of Lake Como without leaving Brisbane. Who are you taking with you? 🇮🇹✨
