I went and tried their cakes and coffee earlier this month as I heard their Tiramisu is very good. To me the cake texture was good but not enough coffee and no TiaMaria flavour! I found out that they have a more extensive dessert menu with all my favorites desserts including souffles as I've been looking for somewhere serves souffles in Brisbane for a long time, I was so excited! Their souffles is not cheap ($32/order) and it requires 48 hours pre-ordered and minimum 2 serves!
So I called them on Tue morning to check if they're open on a Thu ( a public holiday), no one picked up the phone it was a voice message, so I left a message. They called me back 3.5 hours later to confirm they were open. So I told them I wanna pre order the souffle but I need to check with a friend first to go together(as it's minimum 2 orders!). After I confirmed with my friend, I called them back around 6 pm, again no one picked up the phone and I left a message! They didn't call me back so I called again on Wed afternoon and left another message! This time they replied with a SMS message but I didn't see the message until half an hour later! So i replied their message and said I wanna preorder the souffles, the staff replied with about the terms and condition for ordering and I said yes and gave them my name! I thought that was done! But 10 mins later, they sent me another SMS for prepayment and payment have to made within 10 mins otherwise they'll cancel my order! I didn't see the message until very late that evening around 11 pm, so I still make the payment and sent the receipt to them!
Unfortunately the replied me the next day and told me they've cancelled my order as I didn't pay within the specified time! I was really upset as I told them I didn't see their message until late! Anyway they offered to refund the money and they did!
I was very disappointed with the way they do business nowadays! I understand staffing with small shops are limited, I tried to arrange it as per their conditions but unfortunately I couldn't make it in time! But honestly a souffle is made with easy ingredients and would not takes more than 30 mins to make!
If they're so limited with staff, which I understand, but with today's technology, everything can be automated! I suggest they should do an online pre-order form on their website with payment and auto reply with confirmations! This would solve the problem without disappointment! Afterall, most people are busy and don't have time to check their messages 24-7!

We went there because my friend lives nearby and she spoke highly of the spot.
So we head there after lunch on the weekend. We were the only ones there besides people coming in to take desserts home.
The cakes on display were beautiful. Mostly mousse cakes and spoke based cakes. They looked simple. The staff member was busy taking photos of the cakes. She was able to explain each cake well with excellent English, she also spoke excellent Chinese.
We got a few things off the menu and from the display cabinet. Wow. The durian cake was next level- made mostly of real durian with coconut milk to ease the poignant smell. Yummy! My husband is still complaining that I didn’t share.
