This is the only place bar one in woolongong that refused to serve me, I have a medical exemption and he didn't even ask me to show the exemption, although that would be a breach of the privacy Act.

Nice to respond but do you realise that the sign outside your shop is illegal and your are at any time when people feel pressured to show their personal medical details to an unqualified person that person is subject to breach of the privacy Act and the person asking for the medical exemption can be fined personally up to 40 thousand dollars for breach of the privacy Act. I would think twice before pressurising anyone to show their medical exemption. Have a think about that one.

Note that you are not to question anyone who says they have an exemption, even police can't ask for it. Remove that sign...

Look at all the (presumably) maskless customers complaining about their rights above the health of everyone around them. If you know that you have an exemption towards wearing a mask, it would just be common courtesy to have physical proof with you at all times to prove that you have an exemption - rather than getting all aggro when someone (who cares about the health of the community) asks you whether you really have proof lol.

Their pies are delicious, and they have so many varieties to choose from! I got the big dad's special which has minced beef, bacon, cheese and egg. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. Store is clean and they have a ledge area inside where you can sit and enjoy your pies there. Loses a star because they impose a surcharge on card transactions. Almost everyone today pays with card, so they should just set a proper menu price and do away with all the silly hidden surcharges, similar to what every business already does with GST.
