One of the best Indian Restaurant in Brisbane. I am your regular customer since a long time and I have never been disappointed with your curries and naan bread. I love the authentic taste that you have in your curries. Your naan breads are always fresh and delicious. Also the customer service is excellent and so welcoming. Even though it's the long time I've been eating your food, the taste remains the same. It's always natural, fresh and yummy. The best part is that you guys never use any artificial colors in your food. Your restaurant is so convenient and never had to worry about parking. The entrees on your menu is so delicious. I have tried almost all of your items. The best I liked among them is the Butter chicken and The Hyderabadi Sindhi Briyani Rice. You have lots of offer, discounts and deals which is suitable for individuals and family. And loyalty card provides offers every now and then. You guys also offer Gift voucher in every special occasions, so we like to come back to Bombay Bliss very often. Ok. So we love their meal deals and for the most part, it's been pretty good, great value for the money and nice food especially their goat biryani and goat curry.

BUT they can't manage large orders at peak hour. We once placed a doordash order at 4pm to be delivered by 6.30pm-6.45pm.

There were 2 orders under 2 different people for the household. Order 1 arrived 8pm (4 hours after order was placed and 1.5 hours LATE given this was booked in earlier) -with 1 meal deal missing. When we contacted the restaurant 11/6, 8pm and the ladies on the phone were rude and useless - aggressively insisted they had sent the food under the Order 1 Name.

2nd order arrived 8.30pm and thankfully had everything INCLUDING the missing meal from Order 1. If they're unable to meet orders timely, then ATLEAST know what's happening.

Note to management - Please 🙏 get more staff around busy nights so you don't lose out of customers who genuinely love your food due to bad service from...
