⛔️⚠️ BE AWARE ⚠️⛔️ Store goes by Alabama Chicken & Wings and also Supreme Leader on Uber Eats and other food delivery services.

⚠️⛔️On Saturday night had witnessed the male staff member drop the tongs directly onto the filthy floor and had then picked it up and put it back next to the fryer without washing or grabbing another pair of tongs, which then the female staff used the same tongs for packing the fried chicken and chips. GROSS!! 🤢🤮

I used to buy from here but never again. Unsafe and Unhygienic food handling work practices occur at the restaurant and I wish I didn't see that from Noodle Box staff as the brand name they represent has gone out the window for me. If they can do that in front of people who knows what else occurs here when no one is looking. 🤮🤢

Update Went again at midnight Saturday 23rd and male staff wiping his nose with bare hands and then putting the buns in the steamer with NO GLOVES OR ATLEAST WASHING (Steamed buns with steamed boogers.. new trend??) 🤢🤮. Experience India Street Food at its finest without leaving Brisbane 🤣🤮🤮

Fairly obvious management doesn't care about this poor and unhygienic store. Just gross for the locals that order...

If you get something that you didn't order, no matter how much you have spent there, be sure to take a picture of it because they are not allowed to take your word for any errors that may have occured. The staff there are lovely, just be aware that they are a franchise and are unable to make executive decisions.

When I called to tell the guy on the phone that I was eating my meal as well as the error in my order, perhaps he could have informed me to take a pic when he told me to call back the next day when the manager was to be on duty.

I had to use the phone to order my previous meal as well because when you click the offer on the home page for a free prawn crackers with spicy special fried rice, the only way to complete your order is to click the button that says '- $3.00' to get to the place order button, and this adds a $2 cost to your meal making it $23.95 instead of $21.95. Go figure. Oh well.

The food is great and the staff and chef know what they are doing. The creaters of the Ate software and the those that control Noodlebox policy however are...

I just waited ONE AND A HALF HOURS for my delivery of bland, tasteless Nasi Goring. I called the shop after an hours wait to to told my food was on its way only to wait a further 30 minutes!! I could walk there and back in less time.. When the driver finally arrived he called from to say he couldn't find our house and to come outside. Walk out the door to see him parked IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. To put the icing on the cake, there is at least a quarter of a box of meat in my VEGETARIAN order. I will NEVER buy...
