Brumby's Sherwood — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I attended brumbies sherwood this morning, i was greeted by two girls. There names were Freya and Alex, they had excellent customer service and was possibly the best example of hard working young woman attempting to put themself out in the work industry. I Was a proud and happy customer leaving your bakery. These two lovely girls defiantly deserve a pay rise.

This is me editing my review with some add ones after another memorable visit to the best bakery in brisbane. Raph and freya served me this time and they were lovely and welcoming, brumbies sherwood sure does make you feel like your at home. Horrible customer service. I went on the 4/6/22 and there was one other customer browsing the specials table and my sister and I walked to the front counter where two young ladies were standing behind and they refused to look at us. I walked closer to the girl at the register to get her attention smiling and looking at her but again she would not look at me - I was right in front of her. Neither of the young girls greeted us. As soon as the other customer who was browsing turned around - the worker I was standing in front of greeted her walking to her. New management at brumby's Sherwood ,have a great variety of tasty treats, the savoury pies and sausage rolls also lovely along with meat and salad rolls freshly made daily . The shop is clean and they are absolutely lovely and polite people who are flat out most days in there because of the trade they get in there since taking over in 2023. The staff are also very welcoming and always have smiles on their face.😁 Hats off to Lauren and Jess, as they navigate their way through there new endeavour and running and managing at Brumby's Bakery t Sherwood ..
