BUDDY'S Real Food — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I like this cafe alot and I am a very satisfied customer who is very happy with the customer service, food and the atmosphere looking clean and tidy which as a satisfied customer I come very often for a coffee with my mom and we find the owner is very friendly with a very welcoming kind personality and remembers our coffee orders all the time and cooperates with my dairy-free orders to be safe and for making sure I have the correct order with my coffee milk and labeling in way that is easy not to get mixed up with cows milk as someone like me can get sick from cows milk.

I also find this particular cafe looking very clean and tidy and definitely will continue coming back due to the service of the owner and staff members having excellent customer service aswell as a suitable price on the food and drinks.

The coffee is superb with a very nice taste and always prepared well with enough foam as I love tasting the foam after drinking the coffee but probably needs to be made slightly lower temperature as I am finding that sometimes is a bit too hot but that doesn't really bother me aslong as I have a nice tasting coffee to keep making me come back. If you want to have a nice breakfast I highly recommend the egge and bacon muffin but if you can't take dairy like me then simply just ask for the cheese to be removed as the owner and workers listen and will cooperate with you but if you just want a nice and simple lunch then I highly recommend the meatpies as they are beautifuly made with real meat and taste home made and I also recommend the freshly squeezed juice as its with real fruit or if you like tea then I can recommend the home made tea as it has a real...

Disappointed with the service earlier this week. . I was standing at the counter to order and as I did the Cashier walked away to speak to someone else at a table, which is fine- but he saw me waiting with no acknowledgement. He then walked back into the cafe and proceeded to do something else, again no acknowledgement that I was standing there waiting to order. Instead actively pretending he didn’t see me?

The Barista now, walked up to the counter where I was standing, I said ‘hello’ (about to give my order) and she said ‘oh no’ and walked off?

GUYS: a simple ‘good morning, I’ll be right with you’ is all that’s needed.

I walked a few metres to the next cafe and they did exactly this, ‘hey, I’ll be right with you’ with a friendly smile, I was happy to wait a few minutes in this case. Whereas your two staff members tried to avoid me, avoid eye context and didn’t speak or acknowledge me because you wanted to get other things done first.

Don’t ignore your customers, in doing so - you’ll lose them. Like...

Aoli chicken snitzel was sooooo gooood!!!! My children absolutely enjoyed their hot chocolates! Which is a first as usually at other places, the kids hot chocolates are both too hot for kids and way too strong. Even the cookies were just the right consistency for children, not too hard and crumbly but rather soft and moreish! As was the carrot cake!!! Mhhhhhhh soooo goooood!!!!
