Cafe Halo — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I’m so happy we finally have a decent cafe in Carindale! I loved the variety and creativity in the menu, food tasted delicious and fresh, much nicer in comparison to the microwaved food situation in most cafes in the centre.

We had the korokke eggs benedict and strawberry matcha - very well done and decent quality matcha (which is a hard find sometimes)!

I didn’t expect the club sandwich to be presented this way, especially at a Korean cafe. The egg and chicken were not expected to be fried together, and the overall presentation of the sandwich was unappetizing. Usually, a club sandwich has three layers of bread, which was missing here. Too Slow The previous cafe here was my Go To at Carindale, so I hoped this new cafe would be just as good, but it's too slow. Last week it took 18 minutes for my coffee to arrive, today it took 12 minutes. That's just too slow. I will give this place one more chance, if things havent improved on the coffee front, I'm out.
