Why have we never been here before? The cafe sits in an old corner store, with outside seating, and a lovely treed atmosphere so you don't even notice the passing cars. Hubby and I headed here for brunch a few days ago, and were very happy. He drank a sweetie punch with watermelon, apple and orange - cool and refreshing; I had the cleanser with beetroot, ginger etc - also cool and fruity and refreshing. We both chose bruschetta - on Turkish with smoked salmon, poached eggs, pumpkin dip and lemon. I also had hash browns (happily came as 2) while hubby had halloumi as an extra. We both adored this dish! Lovely thin, crispy bread, nicely runny eggs, spicy pumpkin dip, plenty of avo, chopped tomato and onion, and a bit of greenery on the plate. We both really want to come back to try other dishes! Staff were friendly, service prompt, and we loved our brunch! Clearly, well-loved by the locals who regularly come here. And now we will do the same. Happy New Year one and all.

Lovely spot and popular. Fantastic menu with too many good options! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Dog friendly, leafy garden. Not noisy - so very comfortable for the hour or so we were there. Seating for couples, singles, and groups. Ordering process was a little patchy and the cashier didn’t seem switched on. We were a party of two, but ordered separately so one person held the table. There was one order in between ours, but the first person had said there was a second order coming. A little while after we’d both ordered the assistant came out to clarify something on the first order. P1 had paid for a side of avocado, but the dish came with avocado. They asked to swap it, and that was okay. A little while later, their dish arrived and the waiter asked if we’d like share plates to share it.. No - there’s another meal coming. 🤷‍♀️ They were about halfway through when mine arrived. That took away a star on the rating, but I’d 100% return for another brunch.

Gives cottage Core vibes. Quaint little cafe with great service. I went on Easter Monday and they flat out but no one showed that they were run off their feet. All smiles and welcoming. Coffee is great and even with public holiday surcharge still a reasonable price. Even sitting outside in the cooler weather it held its temperature for a while. There was a wait on the coffee though. However that's to be expected they have seats where people can wait. Not too much seating inside but they've utilised as much space as they could outside. They have a few light food options as well as full breakfasts available. However it's quiet noisy when busy with the sounds of children dogs and general chatter so if you're sensitive to noise be sure to bring hearing loops and or headphones to fully be able to enjoy your experience. Amazing atmosphere will definitely be becoming a regular here
