Cafe Tropicana — Restaurant in Brisbane City

So I don't have anything against this store but I thought I'd share my experience from today. I was here in the afternoon so most of the food was gone (understandable) and I ordered a strawberry milkshake and chicken burger. I get to the register and I hear her say that the total was $17, I made myself believe that I heard it wrong because it seemed way too excessive. Then I asked how much is the burger and drink? If I'm not wrong she said the drink was $7 and something cents and the burger was $6. At the time I wasn't even aware that those two sum to only $13. So I may have not only been ripped off, but I haven't even got to the worst part yet. The burger. It was just... foul. Dry, tasted old, chicken had the texture of plastic, I could go on. Thank god the milkshake was actually decent, that saved me from coming back in for a refund/complaint.

Hands down the best place for a feed. I go there for a chicken burger. They Crumb the Thigh chicken themselves with the best Crumb ever. Or my other favourite is the steak works burger. U won't find a takeaway better than this place. So much to choose from and the quality is the best. Ask for junior the chef and tell him chris sent u. They don't take EFTPOS card I suppose so that they can pay less tax because all cash isn't shown I guess, forced to use the ATM machine which then costs lunch another $2.50. The ATM was broken so after ordering and getting my lunch, stuffing around on the ATM, 15 minutes of my time was wasted. I won't be back there again , completely inconvenient.
