This restaurant was amazing about a year ago!

We attended as of last night, no one to welcome us in or seat us. We had to walk around for 5 minutes trying to find a table as most are “reserved”. We did our order online which was the only smoothest thing, however prices are drastically increased.

A part of our entree was brought out missing the other plate we had ordered to come out at the same time..

By the time the server came around again it was with our main course and the rest of entree.

The order was wrong one sided being we ordered mash and it was served with chips and we requested tomato sauce.

It look over 10 minutes for tomato sauce and had to address the issue by walking up near the kitchen area.

Upon telling another waiter the order was wrong we were given the foulest look off the female chef.

We paid $119 for two people to eat here and could have gotten the same for $60 up the road.

Staff were messing around at the drinks bar the entire time we were there including paying special attention to their friend “Olivia”.

We tried to wave staff down with no help as they didn’t even stop to ask what we were in need of.

Also mind you, the lady whom was serving from the kitchen to tables was the only one doing so with there being more then 7 dishes under the hot lights and the chef getting frustrated with her! Whilst everyone else had conversations with their friend instead of paying customers.

Will not...

Probably won’t be dining here again anytime soon. The level of service has well and truly deteriorated, not sure how you can justify the exorbitant service fee. The only positive was that the service was fast. And we managed to get smiles out of one or two people. Weren’t offered water. Weren’t offered side plates for 3 people when our share meals came out. Was overcharged when ordering at the bar by an employee who couldn’t be less interested in working and who didn’t offer us a receipt on a $150 experience. There were about half a dozen employees working in a not so busy atmosphere and not one person stopped to ask us how our meal was or if we needed anything else in the 1 hour we were there for We then noticed the family beside us who’d just sat down also picking up on things. Dirty table, dirty cups etc. The food was mediocre - salad & pork belly was good but knuckle was over cooked, we ordered the Munich platter and I regret taking home leftovers based on this quality, ended up giving it to the dog. Looking at the previous reviews - the manager seems give the same replies to anything negative but not much has changed in some time, clearly there are internal issues that need to...

It is the worst restaurant ever in Brisbane. We were super hungry, so we finished the food anyway, but we will never go here again and never recommend it to other people.

Calamari : Too small portion. It cost about $22, and we got only about 8 pieces of calamari. It is totally different with picture from their menu. Also, it was too oily and soggy. We were both chefs for 10 years, so we know about cooking and food. They don't use fresh oil or deep fry it under temperature oil. It wasn't deep fry properly. There is too much oil on the calamari plate.

Wings : We ordered mango habanero flavour, but we couldn't taste anything. It's just a little bit of sweetness. There was no mango flavour and no habanero flavour. We thought the chef forgot to mix it with sauce.

Parmi : The parmi was too dry and not enough the sauce. Also, chips were terrible. They didn't cook fresh one even though they were not busy, so it is soggy as well. We paid $78 for about it, too expensive, not tasty and small amount. Cerely was the most delicious one of them. The last picture of food costs $40 from another restaurant.

Also, their service was terrible, too. Staffs👎...

Went for dinner after a long time, because the last time we went the pork belly was lousy. This time, the German restaurant didn't have pork knuckle, how does that happen. Excuse given was that they had just put it in the oven and it would take 3 to 4 hours to cook, it was 7pm on a Tuesday night. Nice try, but please, you're lying. Most of the staff struggled to speak English, and didn't have a clue about the menu, the specials. We did go on the 2 for 1 snitchzel night, and they were good value for money and cooked well, we also tried the pork belly and it was cooked well. The restaurant is hot, and we found ourselves sweating, no obvious airconditioning or fans to circulate the hot humid air. We would go back, but ring prior to see if pork knuckle was available and probably go in winter.
