Not sure what has happened to this place but it has gone rapidly down hill. The quality of pizzas are not good for the price. We have noticed in particular for pizzas that have ham they don't bother cutting the ham and put huge pieces of ham on the pizzas. We gave it one more go last night as it's our local but don't think we will be back. Update, we went back after the nice response from the owner below who said they would improve but the huge pieces of ham are still on there.

Great quality pizza! It is more pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Quality ingredients placed evenly on the pizza (not just chucked on sparingly), big juicy prawns. Delicious!

GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A BUSINESS WHO CARES - AVOID!!!!

They do not care about customers. We ordered over $100 worth of Pizza and one of the vegan Pizza’s we ordered was incorrect- straight away we were meant by the owner with hostility, everything was great, but we were highly concerned that the plant based option online was in fact misleading, he told us that it was our fault, he then proceeded to cough in my ear (you can’t make this up) while I tried to explain that we had people at our gathering that couldn’t eat because of this mistake of theirs to which he told us, “just complain online” and then hung up. Not once did he speak to us with professionalism, respect, kindness or even a desire to help. No offer of a voucher or trying to be a business owner and put his ego aside. In fact the aggression was astounding. All of the reviews might be great when the order is correct, but when it’s wrong - you get abuse and disrespect. Give your money to a business...

Ordered pizza delivery tonight. Told the wait was 45 mins. Rang the store after 1h15, got told it was with the driver and would be “10 minutes TOPS”. The shop rang me about 20 minutes after that, and told me they’d sent my pizza somewhere else but they’ve made the order again. Promised me it would be 10 mins at most. I tried to speak to the lady about a refund of the delivery fee and was told the computer system had been down for the last 40 mins - didn’t really explain it given I’d ordered over 1.5 hours ago. In the end I did get my pizza…. 2 hours after I ordered it. I live a 5 min drive from the shop. Super...

Really disappointing experience… Ordered pizzas & chips to be delivered and get told the wait will be 30 mins. An hour later and we haven’t heard anything so rang to check on our order as you can’t track online. Rude service over the phone as the girl tells us it will be 10 minutes than hangs up without giving us a chance to talk to her. Wait another 20 minutes and it finally arrives. Delivery driver drops chips all over the footpath says “sorry my bad”, gets back in his car & leaves… cheers! Not...
