Ordered a delivery and 2 out of 3 pizzas delivered were wrong. Called the shop and they said they were sorry, they would deliver the correct 3 pizzas and a free garlic bread in exchange for the 3 incorrect pizzas. Half hour later they deliver 3 pizzas and no garlic bread, taking back the other pizzas. This time, 1 out of 3 pizzas was still incorrect. So called the shop again and spoke to Jackson who gave nothing but attitude, and said by company policy they would not be delivering a 3rd time but if i brought them I to the shop myself he would remake them again and give me cash back for my delivery fee which sounded dodgy considering I had paid by credit card to begin with. After being refused a replacement, and refused a refund I ask him to forward my details to the franchise owner to rectify to which he agreed. No call. I called 2 days later and spoke to Martin Potts "Manager" who again said he would pass details on and it has now been a week and no phone call. Either nobody passed my details on, or the franchisee cares as much as they do. Buy from this store at your own risk, I lost my money for good with not even a call back.

Read moreI placed an online order for 2 pizzas and paid for it online. When I went for pick up, the duty manager informed me that they have made my pizzas without capsicum and onion(btw my pizza was having 4 toppings out of which 2 were out of stock)as they are running out of it. I ask him for a refund since I was not happy with the pizzas they made. He refused and said he can’t give me any refund. The only option for me was to either accept the pizzas as is or leave it with them without any refund.
If they were running out of toppings, they should have called me and informed me, as the online ordering system always ask for a phone number while placing the order.
There’s no dedicated Domino’s customer care number for providing feedback or sorting things out. The store/duty manager himself asked me to write a negative review as they don’t care for customers.
Lesson learned: never buy pizzas from dominos (especially Carseldine)and never pay online since they can’t refund you even if it is their mistake.
I should file a complaint to the ombudsman for looting people in such a manner.
I should have given a negative ratings but 1...
Read moreBefore moving to the opposite end of Bridgeman Downs, Dominos Albany Creek was a regular treat for us. Always fresh, great service.
We've given the Carseldine Dominos multiple chances - The pizzas have been overcooked and dry, and missing extra toppings/substitution/expensive crusts - Every single time.
Furthermore, I regularly observe the horrendous driving of the Green Lancer they use to deliver, having been cut off, nearly run over, and observing the vehicle driving dangerously and inconsiderately within the Shopping Centre Car Park, as well as around the area. On one occasion, we thought we were hearing an accident in progress on Ridley Road, with long screeches and a strong rubber smell - A quick poke over the fence revealed the Green Lancer (with Dominos sign on roof) pulling the handbrake and intermittently skidding down the length of Ridley Road Northbound, culminating in a full 180 degree handbrake turn, and tearing back up the road.
Do yourself a favour (if you can) - Pizza Hut Aspley is always superb, and Crust Aspley is a solid,...
