Domino's Pizza Corinda — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Really apalling service. Entered order online at 4:30 with no issue but inadvertantly did the order for 5:30 pick up instead of delivery when I had a coupon for free delivery entered. As soon as I submitted the order I called the store to change it, however the store first said they couldn't change the order once it was in the system, then later said they could change it but I would be charged again for the order, when I asked if there was a manager that could over ride the cost seeing as they had already been paid I was told there was no manager. I told the man on the phone not to worry that I would just pick it up at 5:30. Get to store at 5:20 and wait in the car until the order said it was ready as per the online indicator, one cashier is on the phone the other is talking to a delivery driver, the one on the phone seemed to be having an issue with an order and called over the other cashier to help. One then finishes off the phone order while the other pulls out their personal mobile phone and attends to what ever urgent SMS they must have, as no-one seems to care about the customers on front counter. Finally get my order after waiting an additional 5 mins for staff and get my order home. All pizza's looked like they were cut by a blind man with slices no wider than a finger while others took up 1/4 of the pizza. We ordered 3 different pizza's but all had exactly the same toppings except one had olives and one had pineapple. We have only just started coming back to Domino's after repeated bad service and poor food quality from the same store 6 plus years ago. Ordered 1 pizza and 1 sandwich plus dessert to be delivered (was 15 min late but that’s not my complaint) Pizza was fine but sandwich came burnt black around all the sides and middle, called to request a replacement and was told that we could get a coupon, we were having lunch so we said no, so they continued to say that no drivers were available and that we would have to come in, no apologies. Came in to exchange and the staff were very rude to my fiancé, refusing to give both a refund and a exchange (I had to drive so I wanted both) so I then had to hop out of the car and show them physically that they had burnt the sandwich, they agreed to replace and refund, still no apologies for my wasted time, fuel and for the burnt meal (other food meanwhile is going cold at home) finally come out with a SLIGHTLY less burnt sandwich with a huff and a rolling of the eyes, would have demanded they make it again if I had the energy. $12 per sandwich and they don’t know how to cook bread. I ordered eight pizzas for my son's birthday party online at 12:47pm for pick-up at 5:30pm. When I was placing the order, I could not see a provision for a specific pick-up time, so I called the store. The staff member advised me to continue with the order then call back immediately and they would ensure that it would be ready at 5:30. I did exactly that and they assured me the order was fine. However, when my dad went to pick the order up at 5:30, they hadn't even started making it. I called the store at 5:50 only to learn that the order was in their system but had not gone through to their "make line". They then only started to make the order at that point. I advised that I was very unimpressed as I had ordered well ahead of time to be organised and had 15 hungry children at my son's party waiting for pizza. The staff member originally offered me a discount plus a free Coke and garlic bread as compensation for their error. I advised that I had already paid and would like at least a partial refund. They refunded me for two of the pizzas and also provided a free garlic bread. My dad could see the order up on screen when he arrived, but they had not actually started making them.
