Usually very good, however last night, Friday, we ordered two Traditional Supreme Pizzas, which is pretty much our normal order, pick-up, and on getting them home found they had some kind of red sauce, spurt all over the top of both pizzas. My partner took one bite and could not eat it, declaring it way too sweet. So that was it for her. I didn't find it overly sweet, however, I could not taste the pizza for the sauce which quickly became quite sickening. I rang Dominos Hamilton, explaining I didn't know what went wrong but it wasn't what I ordered and the girl explained that it must have been a Loaded Supreme whatever that means. I told her we found them pretty much inedible and she advised that Dominos would replace one of the Pizzas. I said we ordered and paid for two Pizzas, which were not what we ordered, which we found inedible and had tossed. She again advised that Dominos would only replace one pizza. I would suggest for customers to check their Pizzas ( which they should not have to do) before taking them home. By the way, we had a very nice Ham and Cheese toasted sandwich for dinner, with an acceptable Sivignon Blanc. Regards Jack Kelly. *Good News, I have just received an email from the manager of Dominos Hamilton apologizing for the mistake and supplying us with two replacement Pizzas, a Garlic Bread and a Soft Drink when next we order. I do appreciate that mistakes do happen, after all we are all human. Thank you sir for a positive result. Well done. I look forward to redeeming your offer in the coming week....
Read moreMy partner went into the store to order my pizza earlier today that I’ve been craving for and specifically asked him to get because I was tired from work he was on a his way back from his work so he could pick it up. Upon arriving in store his mask broke in the car and had no mask to head in store. The staff member Callam sent my partner out and said that he needs to wear a mask and refused entry. My partner then asked what if he were to order via phone and come back and pick it up (as my partner was going to pick up a mask then drive back) but Callam still had a tone and spoke to my partner in such a rude manner.
As my partner was walking outside two white gentlemen entered the store without a mask and were served as normal customers with no refusal of service or being sent out.
Long story short my partner had gone back in to chat to Callam and Callam’s service and excuses are not acceptable. I writing this review in behalf of my partner because I am upset. But these racist acts need to be brought to light. My partner told Callam to his face he was being racist and I’m writing this so that either the store can train their staff on how to deal with situations dealing with from different racial backgrounds.
Lastly, Callam refused to give the managers contact details or the stores email and claimed he was the person in charge that evening.
I suggest to improve on their pizza making skills as this was the worst pizza I’ve had from dominos in Australia so far. Flavor wise it wasn’t seasoned properly and not up to...
Read moreWell. I have been a repeat customer here for 2 years now, and the attitude from staff tonight was disgusting. I have worked in hospitality management, and I can understand when a team is having an off night, but I was waiting 40min for two pizzas, had three different staff ask me the name for my order, and only when the last young gentleman asked what the order actually was did a young lady declare from the back "it's there, I called it out" (of which, if she indeed did, I can assure you she did NOT call it when I was in the store, or she had not said my name, hence WHY i didn't take the order) in a tone that was absolutely inappropriate. The young man then practically shoved the pizzas at me, and chucked the garlic bread on top. It took everything not to lose my cool, because I knew there would be no point in discussing my feedback to such sarcastic, unprofessional staff. Get it together guys - if you don't feel up to working that night, then don't. It makes for a poor working environment, and the store ambience was disgraceful. And upon arriving home - they didn't even make the right pizzas!! What a sorry excuse for a business. The Dominos franchise needs to remove any current managers and have a serious chat with the owner because this is NOT the way to run a business. Staff reflect their superiors. Easy to say you have just lost a customer, and I will not be recommending anyone...
