Domino's Pizza Sandgate — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Be careful when ordering you receive the correct change back from staff that use a calculator. No record of our order at Domimos,yet I have a digital receipt that doesn't show the change in return only the ordering amount.

The Manager mentioned we should of called back last night,well we only noticed the change received this morning on our kitchen bench,plus my father's illness and prority to us.

I thought I would call back today, the manager mentioned why I called at 1500 today, hello it's father's Day ,this is valuable to my family, noticed yet again the change on the bench.

The Manger was rude and set in his ways more than the customer being right or here is a complementary pizza for OUR mistake, absolutely nothing.

Will never return to Sandgate,will drive elsewhere. Will post the above on Brighton and beyond..

They forgot some of the order to start with which required a second visit to the store. The store is now run by 15yr olds who blast rap music so loudly to the point, when asking for a manager, the young store attendant actually went looking for an order by the name of manager lmao. I don’t know how much thanks I can give but wow, Georgia and her crew at dominos were super concerned about the back injury which made me order the pizza in the first place. I spent a few days in hospital and the day after I got home they’ve delivered me a pizza for free just because.
