Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Hygiene Concerns

Went to pick up a pizza my boyfriend and I had ordered, and no one acknowledged us—we stood waiting at the collection table while staff walked past without saying a word. It took 15 minutes before a polite young staff member, who seemed to be the only one actually working, called out an order. It wasn’t ours, but when we told him our name, he immediately handed over our pizza—which had clearly been sitting in the “ready” pile the whole time, not in a heater or kept warm.

The manager (or supervisor) on shift was a joke. All the staff appeared to be teenagers, and he was the only adult there, wandering around in casual clothes with AirPods in, watching YouTube on his phone. We laughed at first—until he started handling pizzas. He wore just one glove, using his bare hand to add cheese and toppings. At no point did we see him wash his hands. Absolutely no attention to hygiene. Wish we would have taken a video but felt it was not appropriate as there were lots of staff around.

The pizza itself was okay, but lukewarm from sitting out. Just be warned: don’t expect even the bare minimum when it comes to cleanliness or customer...

I’ll rate zero if I can. Ordered a pizza through Ubereats and it was said the restaurant will deliver it to me. About 20mins after order, it was showed as delivered on the app. However, when I was downstairs, nothing there.

No one contacted me until I called them. The staff lied in my face told me that the delivery person had waited for ten minuets and no one met him. This was so funny since no one ever called my or send me any messages during the whole so called “ten minutes waiting”. I do some ubereats delivery as well when I am bored. And I’m very familiar with how it work, especially since the beginning of COVID-19, all delivery person must take photo to confirm drop before complete the order.

Until I threatened to report to Uber, the staff offered to deliver another one to me again. However, what I received was a almost freezing cold and misshaped one. And I believed that if I didn’t call them, they will definitely bring this home and I will pay for them. So pathetic a business has...

Ordered in store. The order was taken by a young lad with a bike helmet on which was sooo dirty. He advised it would take 10 min, I sat in my car. Went in to collect my pizza's and waited and waited, I then ask how much longer my food would be to be told there was no order there. I had paid and received no receipt. Went through the hassle of ordering again and waited in store. While I was in store I noticed the stools where still up on the bar and might I add someone should clean the legs of these stools I don't think they have ever been cleaned. The floor in the waiting area was covered in dirt and the windows were splattered with stuff. Neither have been cleaned for some me time. Not a very comfortable feeling when you are ordering food to see so much dirt in the customers area. Thank goodness they are pizza's and the heat from the oven should kill anything unsavoury,.
