I don't usually give bad reviews. I used to be a store manager for Domino's, so I understand it can be busy. The food is never the issue but, the customer service needs serious work. I let the poor service slide the first time, but my experience returned tonight so I have to share. The first time I went, there were maybe two other customers in the store waiting. It took longer than a minute for anyone to even acknowledge me. They all turned and looked at me, then continued their conversation. The makers then proceeded to BUMP MY ORDER off the make screen without even making it. It wasn't until the pizza was due to come out of the oven that anyone noticed. Again, I didn't say anything because I was giving the benefit of the doubt. But I received no apology for the wait just a "it shouldn't be long" as my order was being placed into the oven while the customer screen said my order was ready. Tonight, I came in. There were three people standing around the cut bench, they all looked at me, But no one said anything and they kept talking. Again, it was over a minute until anyone even said "hello". After receiving a greeting, I waited another long while at the counter. Eventually the cutter said "you're all right, yeah?" And I advised that I hadn't ordered. I get the social distancing at present, but you don't need to come near me to acknowledge me. Also, there was only one order on the make screen so I don't really think it's good enough that I had to wait over a minute just to be acknowledged. I don't need to be served straight away, but is common courtesy to greet someone quickly and efficiently, especially in customer focused roles. There we no other customers in store. It upsets me to write this, because I am team Domino's and I try to support as often as I can. But the customer service skills need...
Read moreI got to the last slice of my vegan pizza and found a few bits of meat on it. I then called the store a week later to let them know and the girl on the phone apologised but she talked with a careless tone and told me there's nothing they can do because I didn't report it straight away. I told her I had pictures to prove it but she didn't care. I would not recommend any dominoes store to anyone as this has happened at a few other stores for me now and the other stores also refused a refund but did offer to remake the pizzas (once remade with bits of meat on for the second time in 1 night). None of the staff seem to care so if you have allergies or dietary requirements your best off avoiding all...
Read moreIt's understandable that training new staff takes time, effort and focus, and we know staff shortages are hurting small business, but having to call 3 times, speak to a manager, have the order delivered with items missing (after being entered as pickup incorrectly by the order taker on the phone), and to really drive the experience home, be treated with rudeness and contempt by the staff when calling to advise their mistake. I didn't even order dessert and the tone she used was ice...
