It was very clean when I decided to visit this Café and was approximately a 5 minute walk from Central station. You don't really need to book a reservation, the menu can be read off of on the counter or you can ask to take one to a table and then you order & pay at the first counter closest to the exit.
I had the acai smoothie that was very nice (and kinda has me craving more) followed by an iced coffee with a scoop of ice cream in it and the Buckwheat choc-chip pancakes (With maple syrup).
