Fish and More — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Ordered 2 pieces of fish and chips, time quoted was 10 minutes, got there 15 minutes late (held up in traffic) order not ready. The person who seemed to doing the cooking turned up and started cooking after I had been there for five minutes . Gave us only 2 pieces of fish NO chips! and two cans of Coke amount $17.00. The girl could not understand my friend's order placement, kept getting it wrong. Finally we ended up with no chips. Will definitely not patron that establishment again I gave them 1 star as without a star I cannot post this. I must say that the fish was perfect. Third time i have brought fish n chips from this shop and possibly the last time. I only tried this place because my old one i used to go to was sold and the new owner changed the menu and put the prices up. The first time I ordered from this shop the food was nice , fish was moist the chips tasted like they had been deep fried. Now fish is overcooked to the point of being rubber , chips taste like they were boiled and not deep fried , maybe bring the women back into cook as the last two times the men have done it and aren't that impressive. Maybe time to find another...

You guys really need to have someone in the store who can communicate properly. I live couple of blocks away from the store and I eat here all the time. I went to the store today and asked for a milkshake. After I waited I was given a big parcel of chips. Guy who was at the store said he thought it's $5 chips. When I asked for a milkshake again which I paid for earlier I was told that I have to pay again for that. Never ordering here again.
