Bad service ever! Good location and nice food. The menu makes me want to come back again for 2nd time, but let me tell you my bad experience with one of the staff (closing staff). She never deliver a smiling face, even once, throughout my time eating there: when I entered, being seated, taking order. My boyfriend and I had to wait at least 15 - 20 mins for food to come. My boyfriend's meal came first, it was a rice seat meal ready with a set of cutlery (fork and knife), my one is the half soy garlic fried chicken with rice. I didn't get my rice ,and no cutlery AT ALL, just the plate of fried chicken in front of me. They do provide a cutlery box on the table, but there are only 2 spoon left. So I actually asked the staff for a set of cutlery, she came to my table and took cutlery box's lid then walked away with not even a glance at the nearly empty box! Then again, we had to "beg" her for a fork! She came out with a fork and laid them straight on table instead of passing it to me. WAS THAT ATTITUDE SO RUDE? If not, I can't think of any word to call it. She was not caring for customers at all, only give things when she was asked by them. The restaurant was not busy at all, or should the kitchen be. I also observe her a while then I realised she treated all customer the same way! Very disappointed but we couldn't see anyone in charged! Read moreI walked into this Korean restaurant with high expectations because I often passed by and saw their promotional ads at the entrance. However, the actual experience was extremely disappointing, even absurd. First of all, the portion sizes were pathetically small, and the actual dishes were vastly different from the pictures, with a 5 times difference in quantity! Additionally, I ordered 5 chicken wings but only received 4. The owner claimed that there was a mistake on the advertisement (which had been there for over six months). The ad said 5 pcs, so they gave me 4 and no apology! Worst thing is that the chicken wings have no taste at all ! Much worse than KFC. In conclusion, it was not worth the price at all; it felt like a scam. This is very poor business practice. I will never visit there again.
Update 27/6/2024: First of all, your advertisement explicitly stated 5 chicken wings on all the posts, and I received only 4. It is a clear case of false advertising, which has lasted for months. If I hadn't pointed it out, it seems you had no intention of correcting this error. Second, it is evident to anyone that the actual portions are significantly smaller than depicted in your promotional images—at least 2-3 times smaller.
Honest reviews are essential for the improvement of any business, and dismissing them as lies does not solve the underlying issues. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure fair business practices...
Read moreTheres a point where you need to realise whether you can accomodate for the influx of customers… if you have heaps of dine in and walk in takeaway customers, atleast shut down online/ uber eats orders. Waited over 1 hour for our food dining in, then notice people who came almost 30 mins later receiving their food before us.
Constant line forms where they continue to tell every customer it’ll take about ‘25 mins’…. sure.
Male owner gives us the food finally (at this point we changed it to takeaway as it wasnt even ready), we take it home… its the wrong order 😀 amazing.
So now I have to drive back to swap with my correct order and the owner demands to me ‘who gave you this!!?’.

Young girl- seemingly his daughter- nearly got the blame for this silly mistake by her own dad. She tells me ‘sorry your hotdog is a little stale now’. 🤦🏻♀️
Customer service is lacking & they need to improve on accountability. If they really want to make this much money by taking as many customers on a day where most businesses are closed due to threats of a cyclone, atleast be able to accommodate this with extra staff, proper organisation, and don’t prioritise...
