Grill'd Burgers - Cannon Hill — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I went to order Grill’d Cannon Hill on Uber Eats for my partner and I and we wanted our burgers on panini buns. Uber Eats didn’t have the option for panini so I called the store and the girl who I spoke to was very nice - she apologised for them not having panini as an option on the app and said that if we order she’ll look out for our order and tell the kitchen for both the burgers to be on panini buns. We ordered and I wasn’t too sure that she would remember and/or be bothered. We received our Uber Eats a short time after and lo and beyond both of our burgers were on panini buns. Amazing customer service from the girl. Also as an added bonus, the food was tasty, fresh and hot! A great new Grill’d store. We will be ordering...

Honestly can’t believe how bad this order was. Not only were the top burger buns completely missing, but half the toppings weren’t even there either. I didn’t even get the basic ingredients that are clearly listed on the sliders.

You pay good money expecting to receive what’s advertised, and instead I got something that looked like it had been thrown together as an afterthought if at all. It’s actually insulting to receive food like this.

For the price they charge, this is beyond unacceptable. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed. If this is how they handle their orders, then they clearly don’t care about their customers or their quality....

Firstly I don't want to slam grill'd as it's a welcoming addition to cannon hill, but I think you should evaluate your strategy. We understand wages are high and all prices have gone up but from the minute you make doordash a priority over sitting customers, makes me wonder ok they are more important than me waiting here vs someone waiting at home etc. Now I understand that might not be your intention but the big one is what's happening with the food, I mean you can hire young kids and pay them less but please hire a good cook so you can be consistently good. We are hoping that our next visit...
