A Frustrating Visit to Grill'd in Indooroopilly My recent experience at Grill'd in Indooroopilly was far from enjoyable. Upon entering the restaurant, I was eager to indulge in their offerings, but my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I learned that their system was down. The staff requested that I wait for 15 minutes while they attempted to resolve the issue. Despite patiently waiting for the promised duration, I was disheartened to discover that there was no progress in getting the system back up and running. When I inquired about the status after the 15 minutes had elapsed, the staff seemed uncertain and unable to provide any estimated time for the system's recovery. This lack of information and transparency only added to my growing disappointment. What disappointed me even more was the apparent lack of contingency plans in place when faced with such technical issues. A well-prepared establishment should have alternative methods in case of system failures to ensure a seamless customer experience. However, it was disheartening to see that Grill'd in Indooroopilly had no viable alternatives, leaving both the staff and customers in a state of helplessness. The combination of poor customer service and a flawed system management left me with a negative impression of the restaurant. Efficient service and clear communication are essential elements of any dining experience, but they were sorely lacking on this occasion. While I cannot speak to the quality of their food due to the system failure preventing me from placing an order, the overall experience was tarnished by the technical difficulties and the restaurant's unpreparedness to handle them. Read moreGrilled should think before they recruit their on floor staff...i was today with my family waiting for my Take away order at 5:45 pm..i was waiting as other were in queue me being an Asian ..yes i am forced to use this since the treatment which this skinny white girl with short black hair with head band [ again i hate this but i have too so grilled woul d have sensible staff ] approached me and with her weird presumption overlooking i am with family started arguing that she cant deluver me my order unless i have THERMAL BAG WITH Me..inspite of my repeated descent gesture and making her understand she still kept coming back at me assuming i there for Delivery Pickup - no offense i respect all delivery Team all jobs are respectable to me..but her atttitude was kind of Racist ...and arrogant and very disrespectful...i would have opted to be rude but it's waste of time and your endergy and i didn't wanted to ruin my Family evening...Grilled Scan your staaff and take reference before you recruit such manaics...Grilled is my Family's favorite place and we will still continue to be there...every time when we are at cinemas...Chuck out such people and get people who respect their job and values it ..considering scarcity of jobs and people trying hard to get one...Again i am forced to use above words which i avoid ..i am just being serious that no bodys else is treated again at Grilled by her..and Grilled take note of this..its sahme for al other staff who are sweating there to keep up...
Read moreOrdered Grilled Indooroopilly via Uber eats at 7.58 pm on Friday the 12th of May. Paid for priority delivery eta 8.20. -8.40pm Received order cold and inedible at 9.02pm
Half order missing had to remind Uber eats driver “Surya” to deliver items as he didn’t know the order, went back to bike and found.
Drinks not delivered and we’re not given to driver from Grilled therefore not on board for delivery.
Burgers were dangerous to eat as they were cold. Tried to call Grilled Indooroopilly twice prior to the closing time as unusual delay was evident prior to delivery as app said they were “wrapping it up” for a very long time. Both calls went unanswered.
Grilled is a great company love their food would highly recommend it but this time Far too slow to prepare meal and then “wrap it”and did not make sure driver had the full meal on board warm and ready for delivery in a timely manner as per the indicated time on the app.
Meal had to be thrown out which was a shame as family were looking forward to it.
3 stars given rather than 5 as the thought was there and Grilled tried but failed to launch via delivery method.
