Very disappointing to say the least and one of the worst by far!! * What an insult to the Vietnamese Culture * โ€” replicating another culture and it ainโ€™t good.

Service personality non existent. No smiles, sour and up tight.

$53.70 for x 2 Medium Sized Plastic Cups of Mango Frappe, x 1 entree of Prawn Viennese rolls, x 1 seafood laksa, x1 Singapore noodle all of which was very tasteless! Couldโ€™ve made better in the comfort of my own home.

Also didnโ€™t like that the broth of the seafood laksa looks days old, colour dirty brown and mixed with 2 different types of noodles as if they were left overs from previous dishes,

Pictures werenโ€™t worth the time. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Can see why they rarely have customers. Never again and we wouldnโ€™t recommend this place.

Well overpriced for what itโ€™s worth and...

I absolutely love the portion sizing of this place. I always have vegan pho here, so then why the 1 star?

They always charge me different prices depending on how they feel for the vegan pho which is the only meal I consistently order. $15.90 today, $16.90 tomorrow then $17.90 the day after then back to $15.90 and the game continues. If I came here twice a year or something that's a non-issue because obviously I wouldn't notice but I come here regularly so it's frustrating and annoying. At this point I've decided to not come here anymore until they commit to a price on...

I don't normally write reviews but I had to warn others. This was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. Went in wanting to purchase just two pork buns but was forced to order more due to the 15 dollar minimum eftpos. The spring rolls tasted ordinary and the sauce accompanying it was gross. The pork buns were one of the worst ones I have eaten and its unreal that they charge five dollars for just one. Staff were unhelpful and seemed to not know what they were doing. Will not be returning again. Steer clear of this establishment and spend your hard earned...

Banh mi Sunnybank Plaza This is possibly the only option for banh mi in the Sunnybank Plaza shopping centre. The service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. We tried the crispy roast pork banh mi - it came with a generous serving of crispy roast pork, pickled carrot, coriander and cucumber. We just thought the banh mi roll seemed a little shorter than the ones that we usually buy.

Nice bowls of soup. Broth was tasty and served hot. I had the bun bo hue and my eating companion had the special combination pho. The spicy beef was not very spicy (recommend asking for extra fresh chilli and some chilli oil). Portion size was very good. Would have liked a few more fresh sprouts and herbs (no coriander in today's mix.) Overall it was a good lunch at a reasonable price.

Visited here Friday lunch around 1pm. 4 tables were already filled. Bad thing was it took ages to get a menu not a welcoming feeling and no water served. The stir fried noodle(no.42 w pork) was so tasty, chicken pho was really big amount but my favourite 3 colour rice wasn't so good, served a fried egg not a steamed egg and pork chop was really dry and thin.
