This was my first time coming here to meet a friend & although the staff were lovely, the organisation of the cafe could do with some work. FYI - arriving at 10:30am means that the kitchen is closed for them to get ready for lunch. As much as I understand that, it’s not great for a cafe…so my friend, her two kids & I waited 30 mins for the kitchen to re-open…we were able to order drinks & anything in the cabinet in between so that kept us going. You also can’t order/pay in advance & have to order at 11am…this to me is ridiculous. When I first arrived, I went to get some water & water glasses. One glass had a massive crack in it so I took it to the lovely lady & she apologised & gave me another glass. When I went back to the table I noticed it had lipstick stain on it, so I took it back & she apologised & gave me another glass - which also had stains on it as well so I gave up & left it on another table. The lady approached me asking if I needed the glass & I told her about the stain to which she left with it thinking she was going to get me another but never came back. It was 11:04am & we go to order our food to then be told that my Calamari Pasta was going to take 20 mins to make as the Chef is on a lunch break…seriously?!?! You can’t tell clients that the kitchen is closed at 10:30am & wait till 11am to then be told to wait another 20 mins at least because the only person who can make any food at the cafe which is meant to serve food is on a break. This is ridiculous. Our food finally comes out around 11:30am & it’s pretty average tasting & the kids chips were cold. Unfortunately we will not be back. The staff were lovely but staff organisation & checking simple things such as clean glasses is basic 101 when it comes to any business.

The food was very enjoyable, and the coffee definitely did the trick. I ordered my favourite chicken, avocado, and cheese toasted sandwich, and it didn’t disappoint in terms of freshness or flavour — everything tasted spot on. One small detail, though: the way the chicken was placed in the toastie meant that when the sandwich was cut into fours, all the chicken ended up in one section. It made for a single very hearty bite, but left the remaining pieces mostly avocado and cheese. Still tasty, but a little more balance in the filling would make the sandwich perfect. Overall, a great cafĆ© experience with good coffee, fresh ingredients, and a tasty menu. Just a slight tweak in how the toastie is put together and it’d be five stars from me

Yesterday to this cafe and it was great, the workers , food atmosphere great !!!! Matcha really nice def not like super super good but def wayyy better then so many places I’ve been to and def worth the price !! Workers were nice food came out PRETYY fast but the prices are quite expensive. Little disappointed on that but still really great. I did notice that it did take the workers a very long time to clean other tables , if someone had finished and left it seemed like the dishes just stayed there for a while . Shop was nice stepmothers was lively great customer service I would definitely come back for the matcha and the lunch dishes it looks really good and I hope to try it again sometime. Overal great experience WOULD RCOMMEND !!

Absolute trash when it comes to resolving customer issues. Went to get iced white chocolate mocha on almond milk, came back to pick it up, drink had ice cream in it. I explained to the guy working there that I can’t have any dairy at all. They just scooped the ice cream out of the same drink, told them again that I absolutely cannot have any dairy so if they can make one with just almond milk that would be great. I also explained to him that I wasn’t aware that there’s ice cream in the drink, I wasn’t told by staff either that there’s ice cream in it. Guy working told me he cannot make a new drink as it will be a WASTE ON HIM. I asked for a refund as well and he said that he cannot give it as ā€œit’s not his staff’s faultā€. He told me that he can only give me 50% off if I want to order another drink (so I would have paid total of around $10-$12 for one drink!) He said that the drink always comes with ice cream and I should have asked for no ice cream or should have ordered iced latte instead. Menu did not say that the drink has ice cream so how will the customer know? Ended up just walking away and saying forget it, just keep my money because at this point I’m just...

I had the worst experience here because the staffs forgot my order and didn't apologise ( except one guy)! I ordered a drink to take away and waited in front of the counter. I asked the caucasian girl about my drink after waited for nearly 20 mins and she told me someone was making it. I was so patient waiting even I was 5 mins late for my doctor appointment. HOWEVER, they gave the drinks to someone who ordered after me then I asked them 'where is mine? this person ordered after me! 'THERE IS NO SINGLE SORRY FROM these girls!!!! Then they found my order receipt from very bottom of that whole bunch of 'order done" receipts!! Which is a lie, I never got my drink and they never really checked!!! Then an Asian guy made my drink straight away and when he gave the drink to me, he apologised!!! HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO SAID SORRY!!! Actually it's not his fault because he was the person made all the drinks and he's not in charge of the receipts !! All these girls especially that Caucasian girl, if you don't care about customer service then don't work in hospitality!! I missed those girls who worked there few years ago, at least they cared and remembered their...
