Holland Place Bakery — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Honestly? The best bakery I've ever been to, granted, I've only tried their hot food selection and a few of their sweets, but they're definitely the best damn pies and sausage roles I've ever had. Pies don't lack in meat, and the gravy consistency is perfect and tasty. The sausage rolls have a moist inside and a great flaky pastry on the outside. They're never dry, so you don't have to gulp it down with tomato sauce if you don't want it.

I've been buying from this place when they had a small establishment at the Seville Road shops when I was a kid. I'm 23 now, and I still buy from them even if its out of my way. That alone should say how highly I think of their hot food.

The ladies who are at the front counter are always very friendly and down for some good banter, maybe it's nostalgia, or maybe there's crack in the pies, i don't care either way cause I'm gonna keep...

This business is on the too good to go app but when I went to collect my order the woman behind the counter told me she didn't know anything about it and then claimed I was in the wrong store even though I showed her the business address and business name on the app which clearly matched.
