Jack's Cafe — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Had an interesting experience dining here today, we grabbed approx 7 of the small sized napkins to eat with our meals (there were 3 of us) & when our first plate of food was delivered the waitress asked "why do you have so many of our napkins?"...When I explained we needed them she rudely grabbed half of the napkins back off the table & walked away. I found this extremely rude & even if she personally felt that we had used too many she could have taken them back when the table was cleared after we finished our meal! Poor service & honestly in all the eating establishments I've been to, this has never happened. The food was not bad for the price but with staff or management like this, you may want to get some customer service training tips as we won't...

My family and I had father’s breakfast at Jacks Cafe. I had the open grilled chicken avocado and cheese and my husband had the basic breakfast and we ordered two chia lattes and a flat white.

Everything was delicious. The bread was soft and crispy at the top(not hard) the chicken was soft and tender and tasty without any overpowering taste. The salad was fresh and not drowned in dressing. The drinks were all the right temperature and presentation was great.

Sometimes trying a new cafe is daunting as you don’t want to be disappointed or dissatisfied but I highly recommend this...

The chinese guy staff was so rude..he was doing something and i was waiting for him to finish so that i could order. I was standing there for so long and he just keep looking at me without saying anything.. and then when he finished, i started ordered some breakfast and i think i said the wrong word about the type of egg i wanted.
