Cute and simple store.

I saw they have one of my favourite korean foods and got very excited to order! I ordered the rose ttobokki for take away and was made perfectly. I loved it.

Unfortunately, I didn't feel very welcomed by the server taking my order... she was frowning at me and it made me feel like I shouldn't be there. I am thinking perhaps she had a bad day and that's why her service wasn't very nice??

As someone who worked in the hospitality industry for 5 years, I always served with a cheerful smile even if I'm having a bad day.

I am a little disappointed. I do except to pay for nice service as well as nice food....

I want to come back again but I hope next time I am...

I went to eat kimbap, but there was no kimbap on display, so the staff had to make new ones and give them to me. The expression on her face was really annoyed to make new one, and her reply was also rude. When I received the kimbap... I could visually tell that she was annoyed and frustrated. She didn't even say hello when customers came or left... I wonder why was she working when she didn't want to? The owner of the store and the food were good, but the staff... I went to eat and came back...

I always looking for authentic Korean side dishes store in BNE, it was so surprised that my friend recommended this one for me to visit. Although it was so quiet today on PH and not many choices out there, the staff is really friendly and accommodating. For example the kimbap shelves look empty. You can actually ask if any is available, matter of fact the staff there are actually quite happy to make fresh one up for you, on the spot. Two thumbs up ( Bulgogi Kimbap)...
