Pho Bo Saigon — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Went here on Sunday 26th Sept. Food was ok, service was fine at the begining, until we asked to remake one of our dishes, then it all went bad. So, I hated eating at this restaurant, it was a completely disaster. Do not recommend any family with babies, and young kids.

The dish we were asking was No.8 on the menu, deep fried chicken wings, on the picture there's no sauce of chicken what so ever, I even confirmed with the waitress 'was that dish spicy? I want to share with my kids' she said no. And guess what, it was spicy. She had to confirm with whoever at the back of the kitchen 3 times to come back and said they didn't use chilli. Holy, some spices taste spicy too, you know! Disregard our request for remake this dise again, they just took it away and didn't worried about our table again that night. Such a bad service! Knowing we were in need for a baby chair, the waitress did nothing. All of their baby chairs was in use and that's fine, after the pervious customers had left, she wasn't cleaning the tables immediately or the hightchair. We, as the customer, had to clean it ourselves before gave it to my baby who just turned 1.

I ordered my dinner through menu log from this restaurant the rice paper rolls and honey chicken were really good. However, the restaurant forgot the drinks for my order, when I called to inform them of their mistake I was told there was nothing they could do they repeated that I would have to drive to pick the drinks up if I wanted them because no one was able to deliver them to me and they were unable to refund me. As I ordered through Menulog I paid $8 for delivery and $12 for two 600ml bottles of coke. After explaining this to the restaurant they suddenly had a way of delivering my drinks. My drinks later arrived yet I received 3 375ml cans instead of 2 600ml bottles. Kind of a stuff around for a night that was meant to be an order in and relax...
