The important reason for writing this article is Trying to suggest to as many people as possible I want to say the intention first.
I've visited dozens of times in the past few years. I paid between $200 and $400 per visit.
The first incident, the raw oyster that came out with the sashimi There was a problem. I was sensitive to food, so I knew right away that the oyster not fresh, and I had a hard time because I had a stomacha, and I heard from the staff they served the ingredients left over from the day before the next day.
The second incident, a stone the size of a tooth in the soup. I'm shocked by this material that's not small. I couldn't believe it. If I bite it, it was a size that could not avoid damage to my teeth. OMG! They didn't even ask prepare new soup. We just stopped eating soup.
The third incident, a degenerated chocolate snack that came out with a called red bean bingsu A chocolate snack was white discolouration and wet taste was served with a very insincere disert. When we asked if there was something wrong, the staff member who served it was very proud of the menu and was very confident.
These situations are never desirable. All this situation is not a lie but I haven't got any apologies single time so far. What would you do if it were you? The only reason we didn't deal with all these situations was because one of my staff who was with us worked at this restaurant a few years ago and was worried about her embarrassing position.
Looking at the behaviour of an employee showed on my last visit, my patience has reached its limit and I have decided that I don't need any more consideration. You can do it but you never did. It is absolutely necessary to deal with mistakes that are considered very small. That trivial mistake is The owner didn't admit his mistake and didn't apologise directly for anything. The responsibility for everything that happens at the restaurant It's the owner's discretion and competence. Employee mistakes are also included in that. The mistakes and mistakes of the employees come from you. Have to remember ~ Your shallow deception...

Wow, I cannot believe such an attitude. This is Izakaya or informal pub where people could relax as opposed to having "formal meal" , Don't try to imitate Japanese people when you dont even know what Izakaya is then kicking customer out for hanging around and ordering drinks / food.
I could have ordered more or come to this place more often but not anymore, after such treatment from the owner,
Last time I ordered $60 worth of food and drink in one hour which is more than some of your 2 your customers alone who just ordered drinks and you have the guts to kick me out.
Could not have been more appaled by your behaviour, so rude and condescending.
Won't recommend friends or clients to come here again, its really your loss
I would spread words to everyone that your...
ย ย ย Read morewent there with a friend for dinner, we had the tofu and tempura assorted, as well as the beef hotpot, the tofu entree was actually really nice, we love that. The tempura assorted was average, the tempura overall was not very crispy. Last the beef hotpot, was very disappointing, although you do get a genuine amount of beef, but I am just not a fan of the sweet soup, it tastes like teriyaki sauce with water. Forgot to mention, We ordered the two mocktail, very berry and the midori mocktail, Very disappointing for $9 drink... small and it doesnโt even have any decorations and taste very... boring? Last but not least, the customer service, the waitress seems like they didnโt care about us at all, forgot to give us chopsticks... no serviettes, didnโt even give us sauce for the tempura dish.. we asked if it comes with sauce, and the waitress just said โokโ and left to get the sauce. they were not super rude but we did not feel welcomed. overall the bill costed $93, just...
