Lounge Runcorn — Restaurant in Brisbane City

We ordered drinks and waffle, both turned out not satisfactory. Coffee taste different from any other cafe - it tastes sour. Matcha frappe is quite bitter , I think the balance of the drink is not right, the matcha taste good but too less milk that makes it become bitter? The waffle is mushy. I understood the ice cream will soften the waffle, but still the waffle was too mushy, mushy at the first minute when on the table . Cooking it further for one minute might help? They switch off the air con an hour before close. Make the air inside stuffy, need to aware the temperature inside the cafe as more hotter days to come… The setting of the cafe is nice. Recommend can bring in more nice cakes, which can attract more people coming in for coffee cakes. The place is nice so should be able to attract more people to come in. Lounge cafe is a small cafe in Runcorn that does Korean desserts. I asked the staff what was in the food but she was unable to explain to me, I ordered a plain bingsoo expecting it to be okay, but it contains rice bubbles. I should have asked more clearly about what is in the food. The staff cannot explain in or understand English. It also took 25 minutes for me to get a teapot and the bingsoo. If she had explained how long it would take prior to me ordering I would've known what to expect. Please consider training your staff in allergens as the ingredients are not listed on the menu. This is a trendy little Korean cafe, complete with booth seats, bright interior and a fresh look. I went there exclusively for the Patbingsu, a refreshingly cool shaved ice dessert. Red beans, condensed milk, and perfectly shaved ice will definitely cool you down. They also have Isaak toast, and plenty of drink options.
