Absolutely disgusting service at the drive thru!
The young man who took my order at 9:30pm on Sunday the 31st of October was rude and blunt - his attitude made me feel as though my being there was a large inconvenience to him... I asked for a cup of water along with my food, as I'd been able to order this in the past. He changed it to a bottle of Cool Ridge water which I do not like the taste of. I would have been happy with tap. I was very thirsty. But upon paying, I did not say anything as I didn't want to be rude. Once I'd placed my order at the voice box, I drove through to the first window as I was instructed to. As I arrived, there was no one at the first windows so I proceeded to the second one after a few moments of waiting to see if there was someone there to serve me. The young man turned up to the second window and said in a very drawl manner "Ahh... payment is at the first window, so can you reverse?" So I did, and I paid. Upon proceeding to the second window, I was served quite swiftly which was good, but the Chocolate Mousse that I'd ordered was frozen solid! So, in conclusion: The chips were warm, the water was cold and in a bottle when I'd asked for a cup, and my mousse was frozen, and the service was horrible... I won't return to this...

Ordered a 21-piece bucket (except, no actual bucket—even though there were stacks of empty ones behind the counter) and 10 wings. It wasn’t even that busy—Wednesday night, and what appears to be maybe four or five kids behind the counter, (and plenty of chicken in the racks) .
Still, it took them 15 minutes to put my order together. The process was a mess—my food was packed in three separate batches, with the first one just sitting there pretty much since the start while the staff kept stopping and starting different tasks. It was clear no one was managing the team properly.
By the time I got home, it was no surprise that the order was missing some pieces. . After watching them count and recount the pieces over and over again, I had a feeling they’d still mess it up—and they did. Frustrating experience all around. KFC, please train your...
