KFC Kedron — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Good location, tight wrap around drive through. Watch for pedestrians in and out of drive through. I hate when you ask for particular pieces in a meal and they say we'll try but bla bla bla company line bla bla bla and they don't do it. This KFC is 50% chance you get the robots saying the bla bla bla and 50% a real person going odds are we have enough chicken to cover requests (since damn we sell chicken). Otherwise it's pretty good here, usual KFC things, staff are generally really efficient here because it's a huge main road so they have to be, they are pleasant which is really the best they can be as they always seem super busy. One real negative on my last visit was some uber eats person turned up after me and got there food before mine. OK order was probably placed before mine but I don't mind when the pick-up drivers that are waiting before I was get their order but if I'm standing there and I'm next, then I should be the priority, I came to you KFC, give me the respect a face to face customer deserves, not to mention you make more profit off my meal because no third party delivery service is taking a cut out of your profit. 2nd of may- Id like to edit my review, despite negetive experience i had yesterday ive never had a issue with this kfc before staffo are normally professional and friendly and normaly so is scott. After making this review I was contacted by the store manager i was gicen an aplogy and refund for my meal. and Scott was also apologetic. So please know guys if you have a unfortunate experience contact the store and have a chat they are professional and will work with you to fix the issue you have. review made 1st of may 24. Scott was exceptionly rude literally yelled at me because i aksed to order bacon and cheese on the side of my burger he litterally raised his voice and said look man i cant sell freaking bacon by itsself!! I said ok well ive done this before and he slammed the window. May I add it wasn't on its own i had just ordered and paid for almost $40 worth of food!!! he was exceptionally rude! 10.32am check the cameras management and reprimand him for his disgusting behaviour. I work in management and would have fired him for how awful his customer service was!!! also our food was thrown in the bag and not wrapped properly.... Thanks...

I'm not Racist but every international cuisine is now run by Indian nationals which till tonight had put me offcuts not because of being Indian as I love Indian cuisine as cooked by the people from that country. I saw country fried chicken at Kedron and got nostalgic and hungry. Oh no! I thought I hope it's good but no, it was fantastic! Pleasant worker, bloody clean restaurant. Chips best around and awesome chook. The person who made the review "beware of food poisoning as got salmonella", what a load of chicken poo. Everything was hot and fresh. The person who moaned it was dry well go back to KFC as not dry there as all the grease coats your mouth. For fried chook this was like it was cooked ina air fryer as it had no excess grease and overly fatty skin. Well done and I wish you all the best. Give it a go as tasty and cheaper than KFC. Chips made to order and you can see the cook cooking and wears gloves. Indian immigrants are very talented in giving anything a go and keeping it to the way customers like it.
