Worst service annnnd food ive ever experienced. Once ordered was sent round to pay window. The line was backed to there and when I paid, we were all directed (there were a further 6 cars in front of me) to the waiting bays.. all 7 of the cars were automatically parked, and given the "we are very busy tonight". This was 12.o7am... at 12.22 the first car was brought their food, at 12.36 the next 4 were brought theirs. I waited a further 15 minutes for my food to be brought to me, to check my meal (McChicken meal and Large hot fudge Sunday with extra hot fudge) and all seemed to be in order. Within 30 seconds of leaving and reaching in for my burger, I was so absolutely disappointed. Firstly, my McChicken was not a mcchicken! I had 2 patties on a bun... no lettuce, a drop of mayo, then a red sauce that made my mouth burn. It wasn't edible, at all! So I went for the fries, very eager due to the let down of the burger.... annnnd the fries were COLD! Not just you know, maybe cool from the bag packed and waiting to be handed to me... NO, cold. Disgustingly COLD.

And the Sundae with the extra topping?? What a joke. It looked like whoever put the topping on thought they were dealing with Vegemite!!

I could not be more disappointed with the overall experience if I tried! Service was utter rubbish, food was utter rubbish and you have my word, me and mine will NOT be making a visit to this store again.

Maccas, your service used to be exemplary, now.. your training and or policies could...

Ordered dinner, with the following specific items, • 6 sugars in FW coffee - no sugar (what's new, it's never stirred if it is put in); • QP: minus Slivered Onions, add Cheeseburger Onions - No onion or pickles on burger (nothing said about pickles); • Hot Honey Burger - Got Spicy version (asked for "NOT SPICY" to the manager on the 4th visit to the van & it's still wrong); • 3× Hot Cross Bun Pies - Completely missing from the order.

Our drinks were brought out & then after 10 minutes or so, a worker comes out asking if we were waiting for anything... Yes our food! 3 different orders (other customers) were brought out to the van, none of them ours, after 25+ minutes waiting, the manager comes out to apologise for the new girl & what were we waiting for & it's still not the right order we found out when we got home.

Last week we didn't get 2 Hot Apple Pies with our order. Try phoning to get resolution only no one answers the phone.

Have tried calling for over an hour & half & it's appalling no one answered yet again. What's the point of having a phone number to call if it's never answered?

We'll only be going to the Nudgee Service Station for our Maccas from now on... Virginia has absolutely no idea on customer service or satisfaction. We're SICK OF BEING OUT OF POCKET from Virginia's lack of competence.

VERY POOR SERVICE. Need to be reminded that the customer is always right in hospitality…. When we got to the drive through it was 10.20am and we had to wait because it was busy but when we got to the order speaker they refused to let us order from the breakfast menu even though it was on the dot 10.30am. Then through the speaker box she kept repeating back totally different things to what we were saying. When we got to the window we had correct everything, I understand that sometimes through the speaker it’s hard to hear but does skim really sound like full cream?!?! On top of that when we paid and were asked to pull to the side for them to bring it out to us, they forgot two of the three hash browns and a whole burger, we waited until they brought someone else’s order to the collection station to ask about it. SHE had the NERVE to tell us that those items weren’t on our order and argued with us saying we didn’t pay for them. She went back inside and brought out one hash brown. We said we’re still missing another hash brown and a burger, she REFUSED to bring another hasbrown….. ITS A HASHBROWN?!?!? She finally brought our last burger out but in the end still missing a hashbrown, and when we got home turns out they also forgot the apple juice in the happy meal for my friends little brother.
