We have visited over 10+ muffin breaks across the country and we like to get the muffin + coffee deal for $9 where the baristas themselves always ask us if we want to upgrade the small coffee for an extra charge. This is the ONLY muffin break that says they don’t do this. For us it’s the reason why we will never go back and it’s a shame since we would have been regular customers. We believe that it’s because they are inflexible and it has nothing to do with policy because all the other muffin breaks allow it and even offer it when ordering. They were very unfriendly when my husband asked why and we will rather drive 10 min. extra to another muffin break than visit this one. Why would we if we have to pay extra here and get it cheaper at another muffin break. Save yourself the trouble and get better...

At approximately 1130hr on Wednesday 21 Oct, I had the pleasure of a mocha and muffin at your cafe. There were 3 people ahead of me and about half of the tables were occupied. From the moment I arrived the three young people at work (two young ladies and a young man) continually displayed a bright, cheerful and helpful attitude projecting an aura of efficiency and competence. There was a minor problem with the equilibrium of my table which one young lady remedied quickly and happily.
