Recently went to Mui G Kitchen at Sunnybank Hills for their Coconut Chicken hotpot and absolutely loved it! The broth was clean and flavourful and more importantly the coconut and chicken flavour was well balanced. They had pieces of young coconut flash in the soup and along with chunks of tender chicken pieces.
