Second time I ordered the 'Superfuel Salad' through Uber Eats. First time they forgot the dressing and it was really bland and underwhelming but I thought maybe that was a one-off. I made sure to include "please remember dressing this time" in the notes. Well I got my dressing but... Seeing as quinoa is the main ingredient in this salad, I was shocked to find 0 quinoa in it! I wish I was joking! For this overpriced salad, all I got was basically a few bits of, "sweet potato" aka. bits of soggy sweet potato chips, 2 tiny cubes of avocado, minimum feta, on a bed of a few mixed leaves, oh yeah, and a few tiny visible tomatoes and cucumber... Only $18 for this disaster. But hey, at least you remembered the dressing this time and threw in some extra sauces I didn't need so that makes up for the price?! Stick to your grilled chicken and chips as you obviously can't make a salad and leave the health foods up to the proper restaurants. Never again. Wish I opened it as soon as it arrived so I could get a refund, but I was saving it for lunch the next day. Read moreYesterday @20:00 pm me and my brother went to have dinner and we ordered full chicken plus chips and corn from the menue and we informed the girl there that we need it well done, cooked properly. We were dinning there, the girl served the food for us and we start eating, but we were surprised that most of the chicken was still rough and not cooked properly and blood still showing on the chicken. I took the plate to speak with the girl on the cashier, an indian girl which i think she is the manger came and start talking to me in a rude way and not professional at all, telling me that its cooked for 30minutes and its ok. I told her i want to make a complaint regarding that, she told me go ahead and log through the internet instead of trying to solve the issue as supposed from a manager. You are paying for managers to take care of buisness and solve any issues without reaching to this level of complaints. Not only were the sizes significantly smaller than they were a few months ago (all of nandos maybe) but they messed up literally every aspect of our order. We were the only people in the shop and they still didn’t follow our requests for the food. For example we asked for the chips to be extra crispy, even saying literally cook them twice you can’t over cook them, to which the girl laughed. But they came out nearly raw still.. despite asking for a jug of table water she charged us for bottles and then said it was easier this way because they were cold and it was too late since I had already paid.
Additionally the shop had 2 separate radios going, one from the kitchen, one in the restaurant, but both were loud enough to clearly hear from the table, creating a situation where 2 very different songs were playing at once.
